I love krystal but the last 2 times ive gone here, at this location, the food has actually tasted rotten. Im not sure why but it has just been disgusting

Ordered special 12 krystals $ 12. No one inside restaurant, person took ordered could not find correct button for special. Had to get manager. Waiting 10 mins fir burgers. Not bad. But they we not hot for no one else there , must have been pre made. So burgers were not fresh and hot so ok

The chairs are rusty, the place is dirty. I ate my meal anyhow, now I am sick to my stomach through out the night and into the day. My stomach started rumbling just a short time after the meal.

Night shift is lazy. After a very emotioanlly draining day, I decided I wanted a late night meal to cheer up. I pulled to the drive thru about 11:30pm, which shouldn't have been an issue considering their operating hours. I waited there for about 2 minutes until the staff shut the lights off for the parking lot and hid from the drive thru window as I drove past to leave. I saw people around the counter when I arrived, so why pretend not to be there? At least make up an excuse that something is malfunctioning instead. I know they have played closed quite a bit in the past (I used to work across the street) but I was under the impression the new management had gotten rid of the low hanging fruit.
Passing through on our vacation South. SIL remembering when he had Krystal's as a kid. Said they taste the same. Failed to let us know they come with mustard and onions which the grumpy 13yr old refused to eat. 😆

We ordered 92 dollars of food from this location on Uber eats because we were unable to drive there. We asked for no Mustard on anything as my wife is extremely allergic! It would cause a very serious medical condition. We indicated this on every item ordered. They clearly didn’t look at the requests and sent 36 burgers with Mustard on them! We called to try and rectify this problem and were told we were at fault and we ordered incorrectly. AS IF WE FORGOT TO ASK FOR A CONDIMENT THAT COULD CREATE ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK! I highly doubt we forgot that. They offered no suitable resolution. Very disappointing. DO BETTER!

The woman taking our order was very nice but after paying I pointed out a mistake on our receipt and she said it was too late to fix it. And the a/c not working at all in FL in the middle of summer is crazy. We had to get it to go because it was so hot inside.
