Service was very nice and good and the Krystal burgers and fries were some of the best I've ever had. I think I could tell which guy was the manager and he was actually involved and I think that made the difference from other Krytal establishments. Great job team!

I won't be coming back to this location. I put a lot of money into krystals, especially lake city location. But the live oak location is horrible. When ordering the junk yard tots, they barely put anything on them, so dry all you really taste is the tots, barely any shredded cheese, 4-5 Lil chips of bacon, ridiculous! Last time they didn't make my krystals right, I can't have mustard so I ordered none with it. I got so the way home and all 12 had mustard but no ketchup or mayo as I requested. Today my bottom bun of my krystals was so soggy that I had to throw the bun away.. This location is NEVER busy so all this slacking is uncalled for. I will visit Krystal in lake city but I won't be back to live oak. I'm done waisting my money here.

Flopped HARD. I waited 10 minutes to even place the order when i was the only car. After finally getting my order in. Cold soggy food. After waiting another 20 minutes. Also the chicken is so hard and tough. I would prefer a shorter wait if it gonna be awful.This was the worst experience

We stopped on a Roadtrip, after neither of us having Krystal burgers in at least a decade. They were exactly what they always have been. The ladies in there were really friendly and sweet. Service was fast. Food was hot and fresh! Perfect sweet tea too!
