Went into pick up an order, manager and I guess one of the workers were very confrontational when I asked where my meal was. For shame

Been there 3 times, 3 times they got my order completely wrong. Waited over half an hour in the drive through each time, at slow times. Management needs to actually teach their crew their jobs. This last time I requested a refund after waiting over 30 minutes without food due to them getting it wrong. The lady tried to only refund me for the sandwich after she took the drink and sandwich back. A manager stepped in and refunded my full meal. They are nice, but the store is dirty, the crew can't seem to read the tickets in front of them, and they are ridiculously SLOW. Its called fast food for a reason. You can go down the street to the Bog Wood BBQ, pay roughly the same amount, get in and out faster, and the quantity is 10x better. I have my guilty pleasures, but this McDonald's isn't worth it. I will try again in a few months and see if they have their act together. If not, I guess they are off the list in this location.

We ordered a milkshake with the meal, and they weren't even going to tell us the machine broke and they couldn't provide one when delivering our order. Then there was a production to refund the cost of the shake.
Do not come to this establishment unless you want to be treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe. The employees here are absolutely distasteful and do not have any customer service skills at all. The food is poorly made, and tastes stale. They don’t know how to take orders and have no regard for respect. they left out an entire meal out of my order and skipped past it without even asking to repeat it.

We chose the dine-in option, but when my children were playing inside, we weren't informed, nor was our food brought to the table. What is the purpose of a dine-in option with table numbers if this is how it works? The McFlurry was already melting, and my food was getting cold.

This is absolutely disgusting. No way this leather patty weighed 1/4 pound. Put a small fry in a medium box but at least they’re hot. Pass this place Edit: I showed the manager and she made me a whole new meal which was perfect and even threw in an apple pie.

Live oak McDonald's no good service and they need to let their customers know when they are closing and they don't, they don't need to be rude to their customers when people are a loud to use their restrooms and don't be rude and hurry up and Lock the door
