terrible service, more times than not they don't have enough chicken for a family meal, got raw chicken once. I have really tried to use these guys but they fail time and time again.
My husband and I had a great experience there today 8/20/23. Chastity O. was at front and drive thru. She is a great multi tasker and had awesome customer service!!! Her team with her that day were great! We tried to call the 866# on the receipt but it would never go thru. In this day and age where customer service is a challenge, I thought they did great!
Popeyes in Live oak needs new leadership! Something is always missed, customer service is always garbage and the workers are always in a bad mood! The lady that works drive thru on day shift needs an attitude adjustment ? My order is always wrong here!!!
