If I could give them 0 stars I would this franchise just opened up and will not last long with that service. Everytime i try to go here on lunch i end up leaving or my order is wrong. Workers have an attitude from the start. And they will not answer the phone so I can speak with management. Sad i work in hospitality and this is disgusting.

I ordered the $20.00 Family Festive meal which comes with 4 pieces of chicken, 4 chicken tenders, and 4 sides. I thought this was a good deal for price. When I arrived home, I noticed that all 3 of the 4 sides (macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, red beans and rice) all 3 of these sides were served with one scoop. The commercial shows the sides containers are full, but I received was a half portion. My other side item was french fries, which I received a normal portion of these. I have called the customer service number several times only to receive a recording, I never received a return call. The service and quality of food at Popeye's in Live Oak, FL has diminished greatly. Below you will find how I received my side items, the container looks as if it contains one scoop. š¤š¤

Iāve been in different types of Popeyes fast food restaurants and people(employees) always have been very nice, till today 12/27/2024 around 5:00pm, on my way to Miami me and my family went to this location but OMG what a mistake! The woman taking orders in front desk was SUPER RUDE!, I was ordered for myself and she was turned her head to my daughter asking her about my order š¤¦š»āāļø, I also ordered wings for my kids without sauce because they DO NOT eat spicy food and what she give us was spicy wings and the top of this very bad experience was when I asked her for ice (because they didnāt even have ice on lobby) She was just standing there doing nothing and she didnāt even look at me she just turned her back to me and called another employee to give me ice, She was treating me and my family very badly, as if we had done something bad to her, like why you do that to someone who just pass by to get something to eat and of course pay for it! like lady please if you have any problems with Latin people or you just donāt like your job go back to school and degree of something that you really like so that way you donāt have to deal with specific races that you donāt like it or a least without arruine others people days with your bad attitude just because you donāt like your job.

Why? I keep giving a chance for this place in Live Oak, FL another opportunity to get it together. Nearly verytime we come hardly any cars in parking. Thats fine but when you enter attitude or unattended counter staff. Today Chanisty? Was rudely addressing customers in front of us and they sit down looking shocked. We are greeted with we don't got ANY silverware in the store for sides. We've learned to ask what chicken is ready not to have to be informed there is a 15 minute wait on chicken. So we order and are rudely inform again about no silverware. Pay our $22.66 fast food meal with a main dish of insult. Get our food again with no silverware- got the memo. Hey your about to be out of straws now cause I made chop sticks out of straws and showing the rest of the dining room! Amusingly sad to pay for food and insults. This isn't the 1st time after church in a Sunday at lunch time!.Popeyes not sure if this is in your business plan but chicken good but the rest you can keep. This was the icing on the cake. Another time no napkins, another time cash only exact change. Whats that about? Stealing. Sorry I can get chicken elsewhere with out rudeness.

I was here (Live Oak, Florida) location on October 23, 2024 and had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. This isn't the first time I had to wait. They told me that there was an event going on down the road. You would think that they would have chicken dropped more often than every 30 minutes when it is almost 5pm and people are getting off work. Also, the manager had long hair weave that she kept throwing over her shoulder with her hands and handling food. This location needs more training. Also, I have never seen a fast food restaurant that is closed on Monday's and Thursdays. I blame this on management skills. I used to work at two different restaurants and we NEVER ran out of food more than 2 minutes. I'm not sure if I will ever go back to this location again.
