I was the second and only Car there including the parking lot, teller took the order of the vehicle in front of me, asked them to pull forward. I got to the window and the girl asked me to pull forward and park at the stop sign that is painted no parking and I told her I will wait at the window and pull up next after the car in front leaves. Then a kid (Winston) is what he said his name was. Told me to pull forward and I explained that I’m not going to park at the stop sign. He threw my food at me and told me not to come back. I had to tell him that I never received my drinks. I wouldn’t recommend the Live Oak Florida spot to anyone. As fast as restaurants are going up, that one can shut down!!!

Pulled into the drive-thru at 9:45, 5 minutes and nobody bothered to come on the intercom. Pulled around the building twice and could see everybody who was inside was just standing around on looking at their phones. Finally caught the attention of a young lady inside and she came over and told me they didn't have any product to sell

Rushed while giving order and then everything being thrown in the bag we had red beans and rice the lid wasn't on so it dumped out into the bag onto all the fries thank God the tenders was in a box with the biscuit but yall gotta do better and I would have went back but I had to get to work we waited for 20 mins on tenders and giving cold fries makes no sense

The girl at the window did nothing wrong, she was polite, helped and understood. But the Manager is not very respectful. Being rushed off the intercom while talking is rude. When trying to ask if everything is right and then coming to the window and the MANAGER having an attitude is just extremely annoying, couldn’t look at us, no decency, not even a smile just straight attitude. We get the receipt and read that it’s wrong and tell them to please change it and she starts telling us “next time you need to say tender not just chicken you want tenders than say it next time” not in a jokingly sarcastic way either I’m a pretty easy going, like whatever say what you want. But maybe just maybe before rushing us to the window and letting US THE CUSTOMER SPEAK you would know what we wanted and btw “tender” was said but ya know if you weren’t speaking to someone else DURING JUST ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDER. multiple times she was talking to someone else, I’ve worked fast food and the drive through can have its complications I get that. But maybe a new set of training or maybe some retraining. You would have understood better. First and last time coming here, maybe that’s why we never see anyone really here.

I’ve given this Popeyes location multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been disappointing. There have been several times I had to drive off without ordering because they were out of so many menu items. What’s even more confusing is that the location doesn’t seem very busy, so there’s really no excuse for constantly running out of food.
I’ve even overheard employees say that some staff members take food home, which might explain the frequent shortages. On the rare occasions I was able to place an order, the food was far from fresh, and the customer service was poor. The staff is often rude and unprofessional, including management, which only makes the experience worse.
If I were the owner, I’d seriously reevaluate how this location is being run. It feels like it’s on the verge of being shut down, and honestly, that wouldn’t be surprising. This kind of service and quality is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Unfriendly, impatient and they make you feel like you're a problem. I think anyone who works a customer facing position at this location should look inwardly and accept that a customer service / hospitality position isnt for them, and that's okay! Go find something else to do. If this location has a desire to stay afloat the owner would be wise to address this problem immediately... This is the opinion of about 5 visits over the course of a few months.

This rating isn't about the attitude and overall viɓe from the employees but let it be noted that there could definitely be some improvement there. Super unwelcoming feeling and the employees sound like they are suffering from having to do their jobs. Anyways, this review is about the MULTIPLE times that I've found not one but many hairs in my family's food. So far, the fries had hair along with the chicken wraps. I highly suggest some hairnets be required, until then I don't believe we will be returning to this live oak Popeyes. .
I showed no rating on the food, because as much as I like Popeyes, i can’t get any in live oak last three attempts they did not have the advertised special. That’s ok though, Chic fil a is just a couple hundred feet away!
