Such a great little ice cream place!!! I visited this week and oh what a treat! The vibe is amazing, the staff were friendly, and the hand-dipped ice cream was amazing!!!! They have a great selection of flavors- go check them out!!
Local folks outperform the competition. Scoops has the greatest service and unbelievable ice cream of all flavors. So if you're looking for dessert or just out for a drive, Scoops is where it's at!!
