Me and my girlfriend are locals in live oak, we have been to this location 3 different times, each time has been mediocre at best. I would actually go as far to say it’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too, customer service was terrible, cleanliness was sub par, the coffee has tasted old and watered down every time. Just today we tried one more time to give it one last try, they were, ONCE AGAIN, out of all food, took 10 minutes to get to the window with one car in front of us that received one drink. When we got there I asked for a pup cup for our dog, the girl at the window just looked at me, looked away, and then when I asked a second time, she just said “yeah…” nothing else. Then we got our drinks and as always, I literally took one sip from my vanilla sweet cream cold brew and then proceeded to throw it away. It tasted like watered down day old coffee. But hey, I guess you can’t say they aren’t consistent.

I visited right after the hurricane Helene and got wifi and great service. Everyone was very helpful and calming. The main host was very friendly and he did a great job filling orders while there was a long line for drive thru and inside.

Of all the branches I have visited around the world this was the dirtiest, both the store and the toilets and staff were extremely unkempt, unfriendly and totally unacceptable, we disposed of the three drinks we bought after trying them.... never again.

Half ya staff is on something. Girl at the counter halfway to outerspace moving so slow I'd rather watch grass grow. Making us wait for a food order they didn't even realize was out of stock until after we'd been waiting there sitting in the dirty chairs.

The new Starbucks in live oak isn't that bad however I always order a venti pumpkin cold brew with extra cold foam and they seem to make it wrong. It's suppose to taste like pumpkin and it doesn't it's bland, lake city makes it better.

The difference in when they first opened and now is immense!! I went a few times the first month and everything was below par and to be frank not portioned/made properly. Now though?!?! Perfect!! I’ve been a few times just this week and my drink was perfect everytime. As a fellow food industry worker, I just wanted to say good job! And also… THANK GOD! ?
I always get breakfast sandwiches, for the most part they are not fresh, bread appears to be dry compared to other locations I’ve visited . Service is a bit slower than average. My biggest complaint is the way you have to exit. If I’m going into Live Oak I have to go under interstate 10 and circle around, this is very inconvenient and dangerous with oncoming traffic.
