This Starbucks is quite spacious with a modern feel. The baristas are friendly and our drinks were perfect! I appreciate that they were willing to make my latte in my own cup. 😁
I also notice some good food options, even some lunch items.

I love going here because every time I walk in everybody says Hi Miss Mary. I'm a retired partner. I'm so glad that this was built in Live Oak because going to Lake City from where we live with the closest place to get my weekly mark out. Everyone is always welcoming even the manager. My favorite Barista Taylor the nicest guy ever. always helping and suggesting above and beyond his duties. Thank you.

I went to Starbucks this morning at 7am the drive thru wasn't open so I went inside. The lady that took my order customer service was unpleasant. Once my order was completed she didn't even let me know it was completed. I looked over and saw two drinks and mentioned to her she could have told me my order was completed. She said she let me know twice. I was sitting next to the counter so I know she didn't let me know my order was completed.

We put in a mobile order at 8:44, we arrived at 8:50 and the order was not ready until 9:04. We understand it takes time to prepare orders but I did not expect to be waiting for almost 20 minutes when I ordered ahead of time.

Don’t get the blended matcha. Whoever was making it the morning of 11/23, did not put enough matcha or sweetener. It was basically, ice milk with match flavoring.
