The worst experience anyone could imagine coming to this place.
There was a homeless lady living I the bathroom, and the workers yelled at her. They also took about 15 minutes to make 4 sandwiches.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them in the past two months. The first time, all three had no condiments on them or with them. The second time, they put a wrap on bread. The third time the orders were wrong, the wrapping looked like it had grease all over the inside of it, and a live roach came crawling out. ??? I will never order from them again.

Choices were limited because the day shift left no bread and very few veggies for the night shift. My grandson had a breakfast sub and they were cutting the eggs in half because day shift didn't prep any for them. Ran out of peppercorn halfway thru my sub. I must say that the 2 young men that made my subs were very good at their jobs.

We have eaten here alot. Unfortunately the last 2 times were awful an we won't be back. 1st bad experience we did an online online order. When I got there to pick it up I waited in line instead of going to the counter. I was watching the young man make the sandwich with NO gloves...not realizing this was my order yet. He was just complaining away about his job an this order. When I got to the counter I said that was my order can you please remake it. 1st there were no gloves. 2nd all condiments were supposed to be on the side because it's a long drive home. He rolled his eyes and without a word slaps my sandwich together again and throws it in the bag points at the cups says small an walked away. I was not happy but took the food an went home. Fast forward to 2nd online order. I got there and they were again in process of marking my order. Very nice ladies. I stood in line again. Watching them again put condiments on it an even ran out of mayo so instead of grabbing the full one didn't put any on. I'm watching through the glass that was so dirty you could barely see the meat an veggies. Got to the counter an again asked to please remake it. I figure just because it's an online order I still would like it fresh. Especially for the price you pay! It's a 25 min ride home an because of soggy experience we would rather apply condiments at home...although still friendly, the attitude was there. I understand it was probably a bad day BOTH times. BUT the cleanliness is uncalled for. I an my family tip well an did and still will. Just won't be there...

Price increase is ridiculous I stopped going to ANY Subway. I'm done with Subway. Kiosk? Get lost!

They didn't have fresh mozzarella for the bella mozzarella. Last time I went the sandwich maker forgot to put it on the sandwich, but did tell me she had wrapped it separately and I had to put it on myself.
