Waited 7 minutes absolutely no workers at counter then when one finally came out i was asked if i was here for some “food or what”and i had a online order and all 3 sandwiches were wrong and had so much onions and mayo it was clearly deliberate.dont waist your money

Used a promo code online. She made my sandwiches wrong and cheated me out of a cookie. I picked it up and went home. Opened the bag and the sandwiches counted the cookies. Tried to call the store and I couldn't get threw. So I couldn't even contact the store for them to make it right. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE STORE!!!

There was a homeless lady living I the bathroom, and the workers yelled at her. They also took about 15 minutes to make 4 sandwiches.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them in the past two months. The first time, all three had no condiments on them or with them. The second time, they put a wrap on bread. The third time the orders were wrong, the wrapping looked like it had grease all over the inside of it, and a live roach came crawling out. ??? I will never order from them again.

Choices were limited because the day shift left no bread and very few veggies for the night shift. My grandson had a breakfast sub and they were cutting the eggs in half because day shift didn't prep any for them. Ran out of peppercorn halfway thru my sub. I must say that the 2 young men that made my subs were very good at their jobs.
