My drive-thru order came with a large drink cup that had a sharp object puncture in the side before it was handed to me. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. The hole was clearly there when it left the window, meaning no one checked it before giving it to me. I couldn’t drink it at all. When I called and asked them about the hole in the cup, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and a serious food safety concern.

Not as greasy as the Taco bells in Tallahassee hopefully one day they will stop being greasy like McDonald's grease burgers

We're staying in town to visit family. We were walking our dog and decided to go to Taco Bell. My husband handed me the dog's leash and went to walk in. There were 2 people in there that my husband watched go in right before him, but he got locked out and told we needed to go through the drive thru. We walked there. It was rude, and this T-bell sucks. Literally a difference of 15-20 seconds and it was 10:00pm on the dot when they wouldn't let my husband in. So rude.

Very rude did not ask us if we were done ordering left us in silence so I pull to the window and the lady said are you done ordering I said yes ma'am she said that they're done ordering they just didn't say nothing I just found this to be very rude Food was great I just wish I would have ordered extra onions and extra cheese
