Took a date night to The 406 last night - first time back since remodel/new owners. And we were not disappointed!! From the hostess quickly seating us due to our online reservation to the prompt and courteous service throughout our evening from our waitress, Melina. We ordered the 14oz ribeye and it came out perfect and flavorful. My wife got the 406 Mac n’ Cheese and oh my gosh was it sooo good - shrimp and crab meat inside. We swapped plates several times between the two....

This is one of the most unique restaurants I’ve been to. Set in an old house, the staff was very friendly. I was traveling for business, so I came alone. I sat at the bar and ordered the house old fashioned, which comes with Bulleit bourbon, which is acceptable to me. It contains only orange bitters, so I had the bartender add some chocolate bitters to offset that flavor a touch, because it’s not my favorite. I ordered the happy hour conch fritters. Had a great time Saturday night at The 406. The atmosphere was very chill. The filet was so tender and juicy it was so amazing. Sydney was right when she recommended the cheesecake. It melted in my mouth. She was an excellent server and really took care if us. The manager insisted we stay and listen to the live music afterwards, and I'm glad she did. She made sure we had a wonderful night. Can't wait until next weekend. Best time I've had in a while.
