I had the fried chicken fingers and fries. It was very good. Just the right amount of breading and the seasoning on the fries was yummy. Also, a good honey mustard sauce.

1/18/25 7:25 pm I ordered a Reuben sandwich and baked potato. The potato was not with the sandwich. String beans were delivered. Once I informed them, the potato was quickly delivered. But the potato had been cut in half without unwrapping and there were cuttings of aluminum foil in the potato. So now I had to carefully examine the potato in order to be sure I had gotten all the aluminum out. The Reuben had a decent amount of meat, but I thought there was no sauerkraut in the sandwich at all till I noticed a tiny bit of what may have been cabbage on the plate. Have eaten a lot of Reuben sandwiches over the years in a lot of locations over the country and this was the first time I wondered if there was any sauerkraut in the sandwich. The place was not overly noisy and the ambiance was generally good. The service was polite and friendly. I thought the food took a little long to come out, but maybe reasonable given the crowd.

This was a random stop on our way from Jacksonville to Crawfordville and we were pleasantly surprised. Great service, cool vibe and the food was outstanding! We both got the blackened mahi mahi and it was as good as we had the entire trip.

We spent the night in Live Oak on our way to West Palm Beach. There were not many options of places to eat and we picked this one. The first thing we noticed on walking in the door was a strong odor, the smell of the spray from an unneutered cat. I wanted to leave but my husband was tired from a 10 hr drive. We arrived at shift change so had a long wait to place our order. I ordered mahi mahi, a baked potato and green beans. My hubby ordered pork chops, mashed potatoes and green beans. 10 mins later I was in formed the baked potatoes were not available until after 4. ( waitress didn’t tell me that nor did I notice that it was written in the menu). She suggested I order the grilled potatoes and told me they were not greasy. When the food arrived the grilled potatoes were swimming in grease so I switched to a side salad. The food wasn’t great, the confusion on ordering wasn’t great, the smell of the place was horrible… we for sure wouldn’t return it recommend anyone eating here.
