my husband and I are amazed and shocked to say the least. We are so use to our very own local waffle House we have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get our food, the staff are always grumpy and complaining about something. The Live Oak waffle House is AMAZING. The staff is on point and super friendly, food is cooked right to perfection, and the store is spotless. They were busy as all get out, fully staffed, and we got our food less than 10 minutes and we were out within 35 minutes. Why in the world is our local Waffle Houses so slow??

Good was good. One of the best WH I have eaten at. The power went out after we placed our order and the staff was very good improvising and accommodating even though the power was out. Our order was prepared accurately considering the circumstances.

All the people working here are nice and always so fast considering every time I go there is after a festival and they are sooo busy but they really cooking out here!!! I've never seen anyone fight here so maybe not a true waffle house experience, but a wholesome family friendly one!!! Definitely stop by if you are in the area. <3 you so much waffle house workers!!!!

Order was wrong, grits were watered down and clumpy. Service was pretty bad... Cook pulled up in his SUV to come in for work and parked right in front of the restaurant... Park out and leave the spaces for customers, smh! Get y'all's act together!

Refused me and my three friends service for no reason— there were plenty of seats open. They told us to come back in “a couple of hours” because they weren’t accepting anymore people. I feel as though we were being discriminated against.
I would love it if all waitresses everywhere would be as good as Vicki West (Victoria nickname) in the Live Oak store. She was so sweet and thoughtful, and her kind and caring nature certainly shows in her performance as a waitress. My best impression of a great waitress will always be Vicki West. The food was also great!♥️
