Previously a 4, however when we go in, are the only people there ,try to be friendly to the staff, two are mostly socializing with each other, later when leaving one lady comes alive, and the chef complimented acts like he hates the world,IT WAS. A FIRST TIME BAD EXPERIENCE

Omelet was not fluffy bad taste. My Wife had a Patty melt. It was terrible. Retrain the cook, we may come back. We came during night shift. 12:30am

Absolutely the WORST Waffle House! First of all, when I go to a restaurant I want to TALK with the person I am with - I do not want to SCREAM !! The manager had the music blaring!! We ask to speak with her- She did not come to speak to us!! Lady, your managerial skills are HORRIBLE!!! By far, the WORST experience !! If you own this location, you should be appalled! If you are not, then YOU are part of the problem!!!

There's an awesome African American manager who's professional than any Waffle House we have visited. The restaurant was Immaculate from the floor to the waffle makers, the restroom was clean with toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels (most of them had 1 out of the 3) Waiters were respectful, nice, and friendly. Whenever we travel on I-10 in the future that will be our waffle. Thank you for the Service.

Just trying to get down south for vacation and had to sit at this waffle house for over 30 minutes for a to go order. Nobody seems to be any help to me. I'm not about leaving bad reviews but this was ridiculous.
my husband and I are amazed and shocked to say the least. We are so use to our very own local waffle House we have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get our food, the staff are always grumpy and complaining about something. The Live Oak waffle House is AMAZING. The staff is on point and super friendly, food is cooked right to perfection, and the store is spotless. They were busy as all get out, fully staffed, and we got our food less than 10 minutes and we were out within 35 minutes. Why in the world is our local Waffle Houses so slow??

The guy that waited one of the best waiters I have seen food was good last time I went to waffle house in lake city food and service was not good and extra charge showed up on my credit card I am still trying to get removed but live oak very good service and food was cooked just right and alot of food for the price
