We waited in line for about 15 minutes and all we git was two burgers and nuggets , once we finally got to the window we got our food and checked to see if we have everything, and the woman working there almost forgot to give me my card back and forgot the first cheeseburger .

This place is dirty... my shoes stuck to the floor from spilled sodas, drinks in the soda machine were flat, there was no ice in the drink machine. The ladies behind the counter could not hate their job more. Total disaster. We ended up paying for the food but throwing it away on the way out. Disgusting.

Awful place I'm deaf and got mocked by employees even the night manager got involved too. General manager needs to check his or her workers. Didn't feel welcomed and they was instigate me not cool at all.

Ordered two burgers. Both were raw. Staff replaced the items but were not friendly at all. In fact, they were the opposite of friendly. The restaurant was nasty, so were the bathrooms. No A/c in the Florida heat. It was very hot in the store. They completely forgot the frosty we were supposed to have. I just hope I don't get food poisoning at this point. You can't serve people raw meat.

No Air conditioning inside AT ALL. No ice in the drink machine out front, the carbonated water if off kilter to the syrup in the fountain machine. Didn’t get frosty with meal I paid for, and when I bit into the burger, it was pink and Raw. Do not risk your life here. Do not pass go. Go anywhere else.

Very slow people who work there stay on there phones instead of helping customers
This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the country. I’m passing through this part of Florida and stopped for food. This Wendy’s doesn’t have onions, lettuce, wraps, or grilled chicken, or vanilla frosties in stock. We stood here for nearly 15 minutes before being helped, and my group of 3 people were the only ones in here . Then they got my regular chicken combo meal completely wrong. Their ketchup and napkin dispensers are empty, and the dining room looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Sadly a terrible experience all around. Nasty costumer service, unhelpful staff, terrible food (Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants… the food here was terrible), sodas were either out or stale, water tasted terrible, they were out of Mayo and mustard 🤦🏽♂️
