Great food
I thought curbside was were they brought your food out to your car but not at this restaurant. The app tells you to park and they will bring it out but not in live oak I had to go inside to get my order. Get with the times dead oak zaxbys

We are OTR Drivers passing through, we ordered big Zax snak meal and the chicken sandwich meal. Everything was cold, not ok especially when you are spending $20-$30 a day and of course we can’t turn around because we are trying to meet our deadline. Definitely will not return.

I’m giving them only 3 stars because they burnt a hole in my clothes along with a huge grease stain. Ordered fried pickles and they said to pull up to wait. They didn’t not drain the grease leading to it burning a hole in the bag & styrofoam plus myself. This has never happened, so I’m writing to warn you to please drain your grease instead of just rushing and placing it in the container bc it’s hot grease!

Improved a lot over the years. Chicken is crispy. I love the sweet and spicy sauce. All around good for a cheap meal. One plate with fries, coleslaw, tenders and toast lasts me for lunch and dinner. The staff is clearly putting in effort and trying their best. Highly recommend!

Ok, zaxby's get it together this been the second time you all got my order wrong, I had order two grill chicken sandwiches, you all gave me one and the cheddar bites. Please get it together.

All I came in for is some French fries and yall couldn't even give me hot ones. Tasted like they have been sitting out since lunch.

There was an additional charge for lemonade ( this was a combo). Their fountain drink machines were out of order. I should have been notified of an upcharge prior to ordering lemonade.

Live Oak: Do NOT order a shake from here. Waited forever. 3 different employees asked did I ever get it? I finally got it, meal was over so took it home. People, choc is brown. This was the lightest shade of tan you ever saw. Absolutely no flavor at all. Choc wasnt even in the building much less the room. Over 5.00 spent and undrinkable. Never have gotten refund. DONT DO IT

Great location nice place but did a curbside pick up when it wasn't busy waited over 15 minutes past the time it would be ready. Went inside food had been sitting got it cold and fries and cheese curds were half portions the zaxbys in Lake City despite being older and in a bad location had way better service and food portions
