We bought three dinners and the chicken fingers were old, so we as for fresh fingers, the cook took the old ones and recooked them. They were so hard and burnt taste. All they had to do were cook them fresh in the first place. If you’re paying almost 40 dollars, at least cook them fresh and you wouldn’t have had any issues to have the order recooked.

Our first visit to a Zaxby's. Enjoyed all the food. The staff was very friendly. However, I tried three different sauces and didn't find one I really liked.

Restrooms were disgusting, with urine on the floor in the men’s room. The women’s restroom floor was also wet and gross.
The food was poor. Chicken was like rubber, fries were overseasoned, and the bread was cold. Dirty tables throughout the lobby. Sweet tea was empty. Do better Zaxby’s.
