Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.

Great food, but the call in service is awful. Everytime I'm driving and call to place an order there are issues with the pay system etc .. you should never have issues calling an order in. This needs to be fixed or you will continue to lose customers and money. Called again in October no answer or way to place orders which is bad business, I had to order from Kellers because no one picks up the phone. My suggestions get a reputable phone answering/order service or have...

Great BBQ! I generally come somewhat later and they run out of stuff, but when they have it, it's awesome! I'd try the burnt ends melt! Add on some extra 4R sauce - oof! So good!
