Blessed Bean Coffee LLC

Never in my life as a business owner and working in the corporate world have I dealt with a more unprofessional, unresponsive company. If you are trying to start a Drop Shipping coffee business and want to use Blessed Bean, run as fast as you can the other direction. They do not reply to emails, they do not answer phone calls and they certainly don't reply to texts. Robie is the most apathetic and unresponsive business owner I've ever dealt with and I can't understand how they are even still in business. They may have great coffee but if you don't have the service that goes with it, you have nothing this day and age. I say they remove the word blessed from their name as they are far from it and replace it with "Has Bean Coffee". I am so upset right now as I had customers that were waiting for their orders and I could not even get a response from Robie and could see that he is not even logged into my Shopify account that he had and I mean had full access to since last Friday even though I have sent him orders. I put people first and I'm very big on relationships so I have had to refund my customers and we'll have to find a new roasting partner.

Conveniently, they offer sample sized bags of many prized varieties of coffee at reasonable prices. So you can decide if you really like Central American Gesha coffee before shelling out big money for a big bag.

Called 3 times, emailed them and texted! No response. They even texted me after calling and asked me to text them instead. When I did they didn't get back to me. I guess they don't want my business. Poor customer service. Bought coffee from another roaster. I guess all the religious talk on their website is just that,... talk.*Edit* Don't not how to reply to your reply but yes I said exactly why I was contacting by both text and email but not by voicemail. Both were ignored. I am a local and recently bought a pound of your coffee. Both me and the wife enjoyed it and when we were low she asked me to buy some more. When I first purchased from you I told the nice lady I bought the coffee from I lived very close by and it didn't make much sense to have coffee shipped to me. She told me to call next time, which I did. 3 times on 3 seperate days! 1 email and a text. After all that I gave up and drove 30 minutes to another coffee roaster. What more could I be expected to do to get a bag at coffee. Really disappointed.

The coffee is delicious, but whoever packs your K-cups isn't doing it properly - half of the cups in my box caused water to get everywhere when the seals didn't break with the needles. I'll just stick to the ground coffee from now on.

I find them as a vendor at Maitland farmers market on sundays. Wonderful smells that are accurate to the name with a smooth taste. My favorite coffee is Raspberry Hazelnut. I do wish packing could be more environmentally conscious- only thing that makes it 4 stars for me.
