Today 1.24.26@6pm I got the worst service that could have been very deadly for me I got to restaurant 22mins no one asked if I needed help asked a manager for help he sent a sever who seemed irritated I ordered a Old Fashion Salmon Lemon butter cappers with Spinach and Asparagus and Caesar salad no croutons but add tomatoes I got salmon spinach & Broccoli 🥦 I’m allergic to makes throat closes up sever tells me I never stated to her that I wanted Asparagus Management lets me know he will be having order redone So I asked for it to go I get home I received A Firer wood Cherry Salmon with White rice and Asparagus I can’t eat because I Diabetic cat ate well tonight and I paid $25.57 +5 tip that she didn’t deserve worse experience I Ever had from Bonefish Grill this location makes me dislike whole franchise ðŸ˜

Food was delicious. Service - could use a little improvement. We had to ask the waitress for bread plates and after the appetizer was served, we had to ask for silverware. Friday night - the place was noisy. Could be indicative of the masses knowing where the good food is.

We were seated right away, but our server forgot about us for at least 25 minutes and we had to ask another server to get ours. Our server was forgetting our dinner requests left and right. Then he goes on how his grandfather is in the hospital. We didn't doubt him and we felt bad for what he was going through. However, my wife and I were on date night and that's not the sort of service or professionalism we expected from Bonefish Grill. Our entrees finally arrive short of what we ordered. Our server did get it corrected and our food was cooked to our liking. Many thanks Chef, you earned the 3 star rating of this review.

First time eating from this restaurant and I must say..their food was amazing. I recommend the Diablo Linguine with chicken. It was to die for! Unfortunately, I did not dine-in at this location so I don’t know what the actual ambiance is like. But overall, my food was prepared on time and I enjoyed every bite. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly disappointed with the level of service, very quiet night half the tables are empty, the atmosphere was certainly not friendly, have been going to this restaurant for 5 years was my worst experience ever

Good selection of food ... surf and turf fare. Food was tasty and filling. Truffle fries were interesting. The smokey smoke old fashioned drink was good. The server Josh was great. The back end is quiet, but area near the entrance is lively and a bit noisy. Overall not a bad place.

Arrived just after 5 on New Years Eve. The place was hopping , but not in a frantic way. Was seated at kind of an odd table for 2 in the middle of 4 larger table. Surprisingly so, it wasn't particularly loud and my wife and I were able to carry on our pleasant conversation. Service was on point all evening. Our waiter was outstanding. He juggled our table as well as multiple larger tables flawlessly. He made us feel that we were equally as important as the larger tables he was serving. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Pace was good, but not rushed. I thoroughly enjoyed my Filet and Lobster tail while my wife praised the taste of the chicken breast and sides. We finished the evening with a delicious slice of Key Lime Pie
Got the Maui and shrimp, Maui looked like a fish stick and the never brought the shrimp with my meal and when I asked for it I was brought burnt dry shrimp. At that point, what was point and even complaining that I already made my mind up I would never step foot in this establishment again pretty sad how they've gone down over the years.

Nice to see Bonefish Grill (BFG) now using the Open Table (OT) reservation platform. Since this is my first BFG review on OT, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt for an off night. Our typical experience at BFG is usually 4-5 stars across the board with Value being 5. However, I do need to call out the untypically only fair service.

Amber the server was excellent. I cannot say enough good about her. The hostess on Saturday night with the black ribbon in her hair was just downright rude. On the reservation i requested a booth. When I asked her and said it was on the reservation, she roller her eyes and clearly showed I was an imposition. I had seen her with others being the same way. To be honest, if Amber had not been so good, I'd likely not go back.
