Taste it again, for the first time! :) This BK has turned a corner on quality and customer service. The building got a facelift! The employees are doing their best to put out presentable foods. My man ALAN went above and beyond for the person in the drive-thru ahead of me. They had kids in the car and he shot over to the first window to grab them some crowns. He had a great attitude and was just there to do his job to the best of his ability. I own a small business. I can recognize people who are motivated to do their best. He’s one of those people. To Alan, THANK YOU!

The worst service ever i had to repeat my order 5 x's. Waited about 45 minutes for 2 whopper meals. and there was only 1 car ahead of us who had his engine off he was waiting so long. Love the burgera but not worth the hassle. I'll go to Mc donalds across the street

I went here to pick up an order for Uber Eats and after 15 minutes they told me that they were out of eggs. There were 3 egg sandwiches on the order. I lost time and money because of their mistake.

Absolutely horrible! I waited in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes. The 2 employees were chatting in the kitchen, ignoring me. Finally, a female employee came out front, saw me...ignored me, and went to help a customer who just arrived in the drive thru. I ended up leaving without ever getting to complete my order. These people need to be fired!!!
