My wife, daughter, and I found Cafe Paisano while we were staying in Longwood on vacation. I had already eaten, they got some takeout, and when I tasted the food, I knew we would be headed back before we left.
Cafe Paisano is a smaller, cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. We brought 12 people and they were happy to accommodate us in no time.
Our group ordered a variety of entrees and EVERYONE loved their meal. Pizza, lasagna, pasta, everyone was happy and the portions were large.
Our server was a young lady, but she was amazing! She handled our large, rowdy group very well with the skill of someone who had been serving for decades. She is probably the best server I have ever had. Upon arriving and before leaving I spoke briefly with the owner and he makes you feel right at home.
Living close to New Orleans, it's hard to find a restaurant that will beat our favorite places in the city, but this little spot right here is an absolute hidden gem. Whenever I am in Orlando I will be stopping in to dine with these great people. Longwood is lucky to have them.

Small Italian restaurant with great food and service. The place isn't huge, and it is in a strip mall, but they have created a pleasant atmosphere with what they have. Feels somewhat cozy because it is small. The focus, though, should be the excellent food! Things tasted fresh and homemade. The waitress did an excellent job being attentive, but not annoying. We will be going back! Thanks to the waitress and chef for both doing a great job!!!

Cafe Paisano produces excellent quality food as it remains extremely consistent with the numerous times I've tried it. It's never missed the mark for me and personally, it goes beyond in quality with what other places deliver in the area. I've also recently tried the tuscan turkey sandwich and it was incredible. It definitely is one of my new favorites. You can appreciate the staff too as they are attentive and get your order ready quickly. The prices also are fair and reasonable in comparison to others. You can be absolutely sure you're getting the best the area has to offer. 10/10 keep up the great work! 👍🏻🙏

Large portion sizes, the stromboli and calzone were delicious, plus the prices were pretty reasonable too. Parking can be tight, but there's parking behind the building.
Staff were sweet too. Great vibes and great food; a win all around

Cozy, local feel. Service was exceptional, incomparable. I enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and salad, the soup had a slight tomato twist, delicious but unique. Everything you could ask for, delicious food, great service, all for a reasonable price. Cafe Paisano is highly recommended!

First time visiting and I have to say—this is hands down the best Italian spot in Longwood! I moved here from New York and honestly, I usually find Florida food a little bland, but Cafe Paisano completely hit the spot.
The owner, Michael, personally came out to talk with us, and all we could do was compliment him on the amazing job he’s doing. Our server Ava, who is also his daughter, gave us absolutely wonderful service. She was so attentive that I couldn’t resist leaving her a true New York–style tip.
The food was outstanding. If you go, definitely start with the bruschetta as an appetizer. The jumbo pizza is to die for, and the calzone was just as delicious. I left very happy and can’t wait to come back with my kids. Longwood really has a gem here—Cafe Paisano is the real deal!

We had dinner here based on a recommendation. It was fantastic. My wife loved the lasagna. I made the mistake of ordering a normal and a meat filled slice to try them both. Each of them was more than a meal. They were great. The meat filled slice seemed like a full calzone. We would highly recommend it. And the garlic knots were fantastic!
