Diner in a dead plaza. Decent food, not great. Lighting is superb! Interesting decor. Service is pretty good, no personal space. Booths are big, not always clean. Menu is interesting. We got breakfast, griddle cakes, fried eggs, hash browns, white bread, omelette, breakfast potatoes, rye bread, hot coffee in a chipped mug.

I was excited to check out this local spot but was sadly disappointed. Our table had not been wiped after the previous customers. The food was extremely bland. I could have made a better breakfast myself at home (and I'm not a great cook). The only somewhat redeeming thing I ate there was the home fries, which they offered to deep fry when I asked for them extra crispy. Even those didn't seem to have been salted though. Our server, Debbie, was friendly and attentive. She made good food recommendations.
Jerry had the french toast and ate it all. I had blueberry pancakes and couldn't finish them. They were delicious. Debbie said their goal was a blueberry in every bite -- actually, there were several in every bite. :-)
Coffee was good. Atmosphere was down-home and friendly. Nice place for a comfortable, casual meal.
