Terrible service, coffee & food - by far the worst even though the atmosphere is seemingly nice.
The person helping me was unnecessarily rude & cold a while back for no reason.
I may give them another chance at some point, but for now, SKIP this place and go to Rosso, HaoBaoBao, Starbucks or Dunkin!

I will start off by saying that I ordered from here through DoorDash. For reference, I ordered a latte and a mango smoothie. My order on DoorDash was not accepted right away and I waited about 45 minutes for my order. My latte was terrible and was in a 16 ounce cup. I feel like I was given a 16 ounce cup full of warm almond milk with just a hint of coffee. I put the mango smoothie in the freezer because by the time it had arrived it was very liquidy as though it had been sitting for quite some time. About 30 minutes later, I was ready to enjoy my smoothie. I took one sip and it was horrible. It did not taste like mango and had a funky aftertaste. I figured I’d give this place a shot because it was highly rated and it’s hard to ignore very high ratings. I would be willing to try this place again for coffee, but will opt for going in person so that I can give an accurate and real life review. However, this was my first experience and it was not a pleasant one.

My daughter took me to get coffee here because she said it’s the best coffee ever. I went today and we both got a coffee. A pumpkin iced coffee and the blackberry white mocha iced coffee. I drank it down so fast because it was absolutely delicious!! ?She was right! Highly recommend this place if you want really good coffee and a very friendly environment. Definitely will be back.

Thought for sure I already left a review here. Service was better than great. Good was great. Coffee was so fresh. Atmosphere was perfect. Love the back area, for cooler days and nights to relax outside. Great location .. good parking. Very good place for meetups.

Review of Claro's Coffeehouse
My recent visit to Claro's Coffeehouse was quite disappointing. The barista seemed inexperienced, which impacted the quality of the service. Additionally, the staff came across as condescending and ungrateful, which negatively affected our experience.
The atmosphere did not match the expectations set by the establishment. My wife particularly disliked the service, the limited food choices, and the condescending attitude of the staff. While my experience was basic, she was thoroughly dissatisfied.
Given these issues, we won't be returning. It's not that we hate the place or the people, but our overall experience was unpleasant. Improvements in staff training and service quality could make a significant difference.
