DUNKIN Donuts used to be one of my favorite places. The food quality has tanked so bad. The donuts used to taste fresh and fluffy. Now they are small and dry. I’m sad to say today will be my last DUNKIN experience. I’ve tried multiple different locations and hoped it was location but it’s definitely a DUNKIN thing. I could understand if the price wasn’t higher but I just spent $14 on nasty and refuse to even eat my sandwich and donut. Get it together DUNKIN!

The service of this location is absolutely terrible, went here literally today they were out of half of our order we asked for a refund they said “yep can’t do that cause you placed it online” so we tried getting in contact with their corporate office and that number does not work. The guy who was working the drive through had an absolutely terrible attitude. We also tried calling the store location MULTIPLE times to speak to a manager and nobody answered. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Always out of donuts. I asked for snack n bacon and she gave me 2 half pieces and shoved it in the bag. I went inside and told her to put some bacon in the bag.The other girl said that's what you get, they ended up giving me what I was supposed to get . Big attitudes. 17-92 Longwood Florida 32750

Its a dunkin and they have the regular dunkin stuff. They get busy in the morning but empty later in the day.
Its been a while since I started going back to Dunkin do to poor quality food and service I spend $7 up to $10 a day for 6days a week $60 a week thats $240 a month pretty much a car payment cell phone payment JS but im not targeting 1 spot its several but this one here i started coming back for the week and its been on point with the food being fresh not over cooked and burnt ofcourse coffee is decent isn't what it use to be 10 to 15yrs ago it seems lighter and weaker but it is what it is I will continue coming back as long as the service and food is still great 👍

The manager, specifically the lady with the beard. Was absolutely terrible, rude, and messed up our order a second time intentionally after we ordered $6 meal deal. Asked for cream cheese on top a Bacon egg and cheese. Got a straight cream cheese bagel no bacon no egg no cheese. Then she had a attitude about us coming back.

The service here was horrible, we pulled up to order 2 coffee’s and the girl taking our order was rushing us to order after ordering the first coffee, we had to tell her we still wanted to add to our order. When I asked if they had sugar free vanilla she replied with annoyance and sounded irritated as I placed my order…when we pulled up to the window to pay she wasn’t even there, we waited a few minutes and still nothing so we ended up leaving because people work hard for their money and choose where to spend it and to be treated like you’re inconveniencing someone who’s supposed to be doing their job is truly unprofessional. We wont be coming back to that location again.
