This is my neighborhood Dunkin and I am a coffee addict, so naturally, this place should be getting all of my business all of the time. Unfortunately, every time I have gone to this store, the staff has been extremely rude OR so uninterested in their job. It’s as if you are disturbing them by stopping by— I’m talking eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, and just a generally unwelcoming attitude, which is super unfortunate.
As far as food quality goes, a regular cup of coffee should be pretty basic but their coffee is weak. Donuts have been alright.
Lastly, let’s talk atmosphere— this store has been dealing with a knocked down pillar for quite some time, which is quite the eye sore because it give the impression that the place is run down… not to mention the super unsafe vibe from the sketchy parking lot. I’m absolutely outraged by the treatment I received at Dunkin’ Donuts. I was given a super-hot coffee with no sleeve, which could have easily burned my hand. When I asked for an extra cup just so I could hold it safely, the employee Tarrel charged me $1.54 for an empty cup. That alone is ridiculous — but what made it worse was the rude and condescending attitude I was met with.
I then asked Tarrel to speak with a manager, only to be told none was available. When I requested the name of the manager and the regional manager, the employee flat-out refused to give it to me. This is not just poor customer service — it’s disrespectful and unprofessional.
This is not the first time that it happens, it's every time I pass by, it's always something with the staffs' attitude. The District Manager Trystan or Kristen Bach and Ops Manager Sonja should step up their game at hiring because they're doing poorly

As a Dunkin’ Donuts weekly visitor store is fairly close to my home so gets more visits than Others seems as though there are personnel problems now where is in the past? This Was a pretty good location. Today’s visit had the employee acting frustrated and angry that the other employees did not show up and she was the only one working when she reminded us of three times. At the same time she acted as though it was our fault she was alone and having to deal with the store I encourage ownership to consider either a management change or hiring additional help.

BE CAREFUL IN THIS PLACE, THE LAST TIME I USED MY CARD PHYSICALLY WAS HERE TO PAY, THE NEXT DAY THEY CLONED MY CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES AT SAM'S CLUB AND KFC AND OTHER PLACES.

After ordering at drive thru I was asked to pull in front. Waited in my car for 10mins and had to go inside. The place was not busy, staff was just talking to 2 ppl. When I asked about my order they haven't even started the coffee. Actually he forgot. Even though I paid I told them to forget about it and walked out. Please check your staff. 2/5/25 between 4 and 430pm

this is by far the worst dunkin’ doughnuts i’ve ever been to. the employees have an attitude problem, they’re charging me for things they forgot to give me when i went back and asked, and charged me for items i didn’t receive. When i went back inside to fix my order they were talking about me to each other, directly in front of me not even trying to hide it. I ordered and was charged for cold foam and never received it.

Checked in with my mobile order than watched everyone else’s order be made til there wasn’t anybody left (other mobiles that got there after me aswell with new people walking in) then proceeded to make my order after the whole place was clear really made my morning.
