Very disappointed by this experience. $31 for this “meal.” I really thought this ground beef “chimichanga” was a wonton and it also didn’t come with rice and beans as the website described. This 3-bite “chimichanga” cost $16.56. I also paid $6.73 (website said $6.50) for this very small sample sized queso that was only 2/3 full. The website says $3.25 for horchata and I was charged $5.43 for a cup of mostly ice.

The lady who rang up my order was rude and walked away as I was asking for the drink that I paid almost double for. I had to find another staff person to help me.

Please consider being transparent and honest with your customers.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Frida’s Mexican Grill in Longwood & had a great experience. The food was delicious, especially the Mojarra Frita, which was perfectly seasoned & cooked just right.

Our server Tony truly made the evening special. He was attentive, friendly & made sure everything was just right for our celebration. Great food, great service & a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

One full bell pepper poorly chopped …two slice of tomato ??? Idk why… three slices of red pepper and half an onion and 1/2 ounce overcooked steak seem like all those peppers were piled on to hide the rubber steak pieces. guacamole turning brown the rice tasted old stale not fresh same with the refried beans. I tried to tell my server he acted like he didn’t hear me! I will not be returning waste of money.

Atmosphere was nice, food was ok but service was not good. The guy who asked our order was slow, and felt like he is not in the mood for his job. The steak was nice, fried fish was smelly and the fajita was more bell pepper than meat. The drinks were nice. Price was high for the food we received.
