Ordered chicken tenders and received popcorn chicken. Even smaller than my first visit to the new Longwood location. Added stock image from their marketing for comparison.
Culver's gives a whole tenderloin. Not popcorn chicken....

John is one of the GMs and he was super attentive to my questions and needs. His personality made my day just a little bit better and I’m grateful for intentional staff that actually care! I ordered my food and by the time I could sit down it was already there waiting for me! Definitely impressed by this new location and will for sure be coming back!

Clean restaurant, good food, terrible service. I don't normally give reviews but the last few times I've been there I've had to wait 10+ minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time. This last time I did not receive an order of slaw and 3 dipping sauces that I paid for, make sure to check your orders before you leave...

I had an amazing experience at Huey Magoo’s! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. John the assistant general manager and Lialani, and Aliyah were especially fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauces were delicious, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly. We left with full hearts and full stomachs! Can’t wait to come back!

I came to visit the new Huey Magoo’s in Longwood and was so impressed with the staffs attentiveness and speed! They were so kind and came to check up on us to see how we were doing! John the manager was really a bright point of our visit as he took the time to make sure our food came out exactly how we wanted it! Will be back and will bring friends next time!

Girl taking orders was very enthusiastic sounding.

Girl at the window was very friendly with the two cars in front of me in the drive thru. When I got to the window she turned cold with a rude expression, then someone else came to the window to take her place. Maybe she was tired of being fake and acting nice and had to take a break.

Pretty good tasting and quick service! This is indeed the most tender chicken I've had - if you're not usually a grilled (as opposed to fried) person, I'd say it's worth trying their grilled tenders; they're somehow more tender and juicy than the fried ones! Super friendly staff, too!

John and Chris were so inviting and welcomed me once I walked in. I ordered a 7 piece hand breaded with fries and toast. The kind server had brought me my food and the absolute culinary masterpiece of fast food was in her hands. Perfectly cooked chicken and fries. 20/10 and would recommend to everyone.

I had a hiccup on my order and when I came back they replaced it with the correct order, made sure my drink was good, AND did that with the best attitude. You never see good customer service like that anymore.
