I’ve had rude experiences with the workers in the past and that’s that but I’m more confused on how it’s possible to be waiting in this line for more than 20 minutes. I truly truly understand how a Starbucks line in the morning can be shorter then this line less than an hour before

Scoop Frog with a twist is a great option and they have great ice cream and super friendly staff and always free samples which my kids enjoy ?
All the girls are kind, courteous, and well mannered. We are weekly visitors to Jeremiah’s. Either here or Maitland location. Both at awesome.

This place is always a joy with the boy, they always have a ton of rotating flavors. Do try to the seasonal ones, these are usually amazing. The staff is very friendly and very quick. It is good to see them hiring so many local kids.

I’m giving this place 3 stars only because the gelati‘s are good. But the service is slow and they never have anybody over 18 working.The store always has teen girls working that are either walking in circles appearing as if they don’t know what to or they’re talking to each other. Too busy to be bothered with making gelatis or helping customers. There needs to be an adult manager on staff to provide direction so the wait isn’t so long.

We go just once every four or five months. We always do walkup, even if we're getting to bring home. On this visit, we placed our order, paid, and placed a nice tip in the tip jar. After we paid, the employee answered the work phone and disappeared. Now there are six or so employees mulling around but no one is making our order. The one who took our order just disappeared into the back.After waiting a few minutes, we had to lean in to get someone's attention. Fortunately they were able to see what we ordered and were able to take care of us....though they also got distracted and as a result we had a somewhat melted order.What's ironic is that this location is next to what looks like their training HQ. Unfortunately it didn't look like there was any supervision or accountability.

What's not to love?!My kids beg to go, all the girls that work there are polite and nice, they get new seasonal flavors and fun additions to switch it up and everything is always great!Just plan to eat outside and not have bathrooms, sometimes with kids you have to plan ahead so probably good to know!
