All of the 3 young men employees greeted us when we came in. Very pleasant and welcoming. And all shared their thoughts when I inquired about the GF bread option.

Joe and Brandon helped us out this morning I had been to Jersey mikes but brought 3 friends from out of the country and Joe and Brandon made them feel incredibly welcomed and worked and walked them through any questions they had with their order. Not only that we had a great conversation with both of them as it was just us in the store with them. Joe also made some of the best cookies any of us have had in a while.

I went last night on October 21st for the first time at this location. I was the only one there to start with then they got an order for 30 subs then I five more people walking in. The entire time,friendly,nic, great attitudes. The two that worked last night were amazing I wish I would have gotten their names it was a guy and a girl thank you Jersey Mike's!

As I walked in the store, Aaron had my order already cooking. The food is always on point but the customer service is what stands out. This is why I continue to come back. A++

Been ordering from here on Uber eats the past few days, the subs are always good. Now compared to Publix subs, they're low on the scale lol but for a regular sub that I can get delivered and not have to wait 10-30 minutes in line for they're great. I like oil and vinegar on my subs but if I save half for later it ends up being super soggy, but on Uber eats there is no option to ask for packets on the side instead of on the sub. So I called ahead and spoke with Elijah and was able to get some on the side with my order, he was super friendly about it. I do wish they had a bigger variety of toppings to add though like spinach and bell peppers, but overall it's a sub shop I would eat from very regularly.

Ty is awesome! He took such good care to mark the sandwiches for our beach trip the next day and made sure we had plenty of condiments on the side as requested. Subs are so fresh. Thank you Ty for excellent customer service

We tried this location close to our house for a while but the bread is always brown and crunchy like it’s burnt and they put very little meat and toppings on the sandwich. We will be going back to our old location in Lake Mary.
