Called the store 2 min. Before I got there to pay cash for a pizza. Employee Adam said they were busy. When I came in they were no where near busy. Adam had an attitude like he hated his job. Gave me a dirty look as if looks could kill. Bad customer service. And they DO not have hot n ready as advertised they lied or the employees don't wanna do there job correctly and have pizzas hot n ready for customers as advertised

The best Little Caesars around!! The manager Adam was very helpful in fixing a small error with my order. Would recommend this location to anyone!

The costumer service is the worst ever. First of all No one ever picks up calls for order, and if IF! By chance you get lucky and place an order just know you are staying there for way longer than intended because your order will not be ready. Even the open sign was closed. I appreciate a great employees bond but laughing and cursing loud in the back for straight 20 minutes, when there are people waiting to give or pick up orders. I do believe their kitchen is as disgusting as their service.

Unprofessional slow employees! Pick up order not started until i arrived. They are blasting less than desired music when they should be focused on getting these orders fulfilled. Where is the manager or owner?!!! Get it together

I called to place an order for 3 pizzas. Jason answered the phone and had the greatest attitude. When I went there to pick up my order, It was a great experience meeting Jason in person. We need more people like Jason in the food industry.

I was received impolitely and experienced overall poor customer service by the young woman at the counter at around 5:35 PM, which made me feel discontent with my experience.
Horrible customer service on the phone terrible the lady pretty much rushed me off the phone while I was trying to figure out what pizza to order Never had this type of service just horrible!

Worst little Caesars I’ve ever encountered. Have a bunch of junkies working behind the counter. Never seen people blatantly talking about using drugs while working on the clock. Avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered a specific pizza through the portal. Drove all the way to pick it up. Got home and realized they didn’t make the pizza right. I called there several times after being hung up on and put on hold, I finally got a person. I told him what happened and he said all he could do is replace the pizza. I said I don’t want a replacement I just wanted to let them know. Then he proceeded to get rude and said why would you eat a pizza knowing it’s wrong. I said because I didn’t want to drive all the way back for a replacement, but I took a picture of the pizza that was wrong. He was so rude he told me I can’t get replacement after eating half the pizza and why I didn’t realize it was wrong until after I ate it. I said I didn’t want a replacement I just wanted to let you guys know. He was rude and said no, I’m not giving you anything and hung up on me.
