I ordered a specific pizza through the portal. Drove all the way to pick it up. Got home and realized they didn’t make the pizza right. I called there several times after being hung up on and put on hold, I finally got a person. I told him what happened and he said all he could do is replace the pizza. I said I don’t want a replacement I just wanted to let them know. Then he proceeded to get rude and said why would you eat a pizza knowing it’s wrong. I said because I didn’t want to drive all the way back for a replacement, but I took a picture of the pizza that was wrong. He was so rude he told me I can’t get replacement after eating half the pizza and why I didn’t realize it was wrong until after I ate it. I said I didn’t want a replacement I just wanted to let you guys know. He was rude and said no, I’m not giving you anything and hung up on me.

Crazy puffs. 2 orders both missing filling. I ordered these before and they were very good. Last time I ordered about a week ago I got two orders. Both had no cheese or fillings in the middle. It was just dough and the bottom wasn't crispy so they were like an undercooked ball of dough with dried up cheese on the top.
