Ordered my food 2 hours in advance for delivery. I get a call 10 minutes before it’s supposed to arrive and get told that have to refund my money because they don’t have any product and the manager told them to wait to call people or they would have called sooner. All i ordered was a regular sausage pizza and crazy bread with sauce.

Employees wasted 30 minutes by punching in the wrong number for my pizza portal so somebody else took my order and they had to remake when I arrived rather than a quick pick up
Only offered me minor compensation after I expressed my frustration for their mistake at which point the manager was very hostile.

So I just ordered a pizza and I also paid for two garlic sauces. It was delivered by DoorDash however it is not their fault. I did not receive my garlic sauce which kinda makes me mad and I called and the guy said what would you like me to do Worst delivery ever the man had a bad attitude and they shorted me and I’m out on money if I could take the tip back, I would

The music was so loud coming from the back, definitely not the proper choice of music to be playing in an establishment but whatever. Hardly got awknoledged by the staff busy having a good time to the overly loud music. Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza and got a far from pretzel pizza as possibly. It was sad. Looked terrible. This place is really gone down hill lately. Wouldn't recommend to family or friends until they pulled their act together

Unprofessional as hell employees and disgusting food. When going to place a pick up order over the phone one of the employees was extremely condensing and rude. No longer spending my money on mediocre trash food. Y’all should probably hire better employees than hiring bottom of the barrel people if you want people to continue spending money 🤷♀️

Called the store 2 min. Before I got there to pay cash for a pizza. Employee Adam said they were busy. When I came in they were no where near busy. Adam had an attitude like he hated his job. Gave me a dirty look as if looks could kill. Bad customer service. And they DO not have hot n ready as advertised they lied or the employees don't wanna do there job correctly and have pizzas hot n ready for customers as advertised
