Angie Rausch and Magical Occasions served us with excellence, professionalism and grace from the time we met at the tasting to the fulfillment of their commitment to cater our event. We honored ministry leaders at our church, and Magical Occasions prepared the appetizers, buffet dinner and beverages. They provided the linens and place settings as well. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Magical Occasions for your next event.
Run. Don’t walk. She was one of the middle priced choices we were required to use for our lake Mary events venue. Communication was horrible. Never took responsibility for anything. Didn’t get our tasting. Staff the day of was horrible! Very unprofessional for a 15k wedding. Bartender was very rude and unknowledgeable. No one looked professional. Staff were actually arguing amongst themselves in front of guests! Served the wrong cake after being told repeatedly which to serve. It was just one problem after another. The caterer wasn’t actually there. I sent her an email of the issues, no response. Just very frustrating and disappointing. However, she doesn’t care. Oh well.

PRICING IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. I Emailed them for a quote only for them to tell me the prices listed are not true to what is shown and is essentially meant to just lure people into their website. After that I never heard from them again. I email 4 different times trying to follow up and called for two weeks straight without an answer or a call back. What a scam this company is and how unprofessional. Do not use this company for your events you will regret it. I attached photos showing how much I reached out to them and this ontop of calling them to which I never had an answered call or a call back. Terrible terrible terrible.

POOR COMMUNICATION …. Site prices were different than prices quoted in person with her mom, and through email. There was always “something”…Angie rarely answered the phone when I called, she would return my/fiance calls a few days later, and her response time on emails were even worse. If timely communication is your jam, like it is mine, stay away from this business!

What really stood out was how helpful the entire team was—not just with the catering, but with the overall setup. They went above and beyond to help with decorations and made sure the venue looked perfect. Their attention to detail and warm, can-do attitude made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I cannot express how much I am appreciative of this company. They were our first choice and I am so glad we selected them. The food was a HIT, our guests went back for the salmon and was upset it was all gone! The bartending was awesome although we ran out of liquor haha, Angie ensured to keep us in the loop of everything food and drink wise and I am forever grateful and thankful we chose them to feed our friends and family!

Angie and her staff were amazing for our wedding! They went above and beyond! They saved me and my husband plates from our appetizer hour, served us food first, and decorated our cake beautifully! The food and cake were delicious! The whole process from the cake testing to the dinner taste testing was pleasant. Angie is great to communicate with and always cordial and accommodating! She and her staff made our wedding day awesome! I enjoyed selecting a napkin color as well.
