Angie and her staff were amazing for our wedding! They went above and beyond! They saved me and my husband plates from our appetizer hour, served us food first, and decorated our cake beautifully! The food and cake were delicious! The whole process from the cake testing to the dinner taste testing was pleasant. Angie is great to communicate with and always cordial and accommodating! She and her staff made our wedding day awesome! I enjoyed selecting a napkin color as well.

Wow on all ends!From the start of our tastings to the big day itself Angie and her team blew us away! I cannot begin to say how many of our guests raved about the food and just how many people gave us compliments on how amazing and friendly our bartender was! We were lucky enough to have large portions of our food sent home with us at the end of the night and when I say we feasted on leftovers I mean I don’t know if I could fit back into my dress!!! My Wedding Cake looked exactly like the sketches we discussed and tasted better than I imagined and did not last long with our guests! The people at MO really truly knocked it out of the park to make sure the we (the bride and groom) got to eat and drink throughout the evening. Our photographers pulled us away during dinner to take sunset photos and when we came back the MO team even asked us if we wanted a new warm plate of food! Quality and friendliness at its best I really could not do justice to how special Angie and the rest of her team made us feel.

We have rented tableware from Magic Occasions twice and their rates are extremely reasonable. Friendly and easy to work with. We heartily recommend Magic Occasions to others. We will use their services again.

On 4/30/23 my husband and I got married and used magic occasions ONLY because our venue made us pick from a list of caterers and they were cheapest. They get 2 stars because the actually wedding was executed well. However, the communication from Angie prior was awful. From the day I contacted her to the day before the wedding, it was ridiculously bad. She doesn't answer the phone, doesn't reply to emails, and seems so stressed or frazzled when I could finally talk with her. Our tasting experience was bad as well. I had to ask her just days before the wedding about how to PAY! In the back of my mind I was wondering if they would even show up on the wedding day. They need to get a receptionist or someone to help with communication because she can't handle it. The food was pretty good, but nobody from the wedding had anything to say about it. We also used them for our cake and bartender, which both ended up being good. I wouldn't have hired magic occasions if the venue didn't make us pick, but on the actual wedding day, we didn't have any problems.

They completely show up for you on the big day and overall Angie and her team did their job day off to perfection and deserve 5 stars, very professional… but here’s my holistic review. Angie is great and well versed, knows her job. She’s a complete sweetheart and so was team. Our day was completely seamless and the food was amazing and raved about!! The biggest growth area I see for magic occasion is communication leading to the wedding. It could take anywhere from days to weeks to get in contact with Angie or several follow up emails. For anyone who is Type A or anxiety prone it can be stressful and makes you nervous for the day off. But they completely came through the day off. Love how affordable they are.There are an extremely successful and could benefit from more Admin staff. At the end of the day I’d book them again and I would fully recommend. Just mentally prepare yourself for the communication difficulties. Hard but they’ll do their job perfectly the day of.

I reached out by phone numerous times and spoke with her receptionist and was assured she would reach out. When that never happened I reached out through email. Never received a response.
