The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is what I would describe as my taste buds , mind heart and soul traveling at warp speed with the destination being delicious town in a galaxy far far away. The spice was incredibly subtle for a spicy lightweight for me and the balance of the pickles plus coleslaw was like a beautiful crafted symphonic harmony. The service was solid and incredibly friendly.

I met Maya Rosa at a local market in Orlando where they were making pizza.I now have a new favorite!!! Wow.. their spicy bee pizza is amazing. Spiced with pepperoni with a touch of sweet from honey makes for an incredibly great pizza. Of course, it can't be complete without a great sauce and great mozzarella cheese. Maya Rosa does not disappoint... I highly recommend them... apparently, they have a location in Longwood on Ronald Regan Blvd... check them out!!!

WOW?? That’s all I have to say, AJ (owner) knows what he’s doing. I recommend the brisket and pulled pork tacos. The fried plantains are incredible too? You have to try it!!!

If you're looking for a delicious and unique BBQ spot, immediately stop what your doing and head to Maya Rosa BBQ. Simply put, the food is amazing. The portions are large, the quality is second to none, and the prices are VERY reasonable (especially their Taco Tuesday specials).This is by far the best Latin BBQ food I've ever had. I highly recommend the smoked BBQ ribs, chicken empanadas, brisket, and seasoned fries.P.S. - Make sure you get extra sauce because it's amazing!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Their food was beyond amazing and the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. Their ribs and pulled pork beats all the other chain bbq restaurants in the area. Their grilled veggies were amazing and had the perfect grill taste. Their fries have such a unique flavor and a little kick to it.Make sure to ask for their garlic sauce, it’s the most flavorful garlic sauce I’ve had and I wish I could buy it by the bottle.

This place is amazing!!! I called to see how late they would be open, and the absolute sweetest person answered the phone. I didn’t have a menu in front of me, so I had no idea what they even serve. She gave me tons of recommendations!! The food was delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. The customer service is hands down the best I’ve encountered in a long time! We got a 1/4 of a rack of ribs, a huge plate of jalapeño Mac and cheese, and 6 tacos for $22!!!

This is one of my favorite spots! There hasn't been one thing I haven't liked and I know that won't change lol. My favorite is the Mac And Cheese brooooooo it's sooooo fire!!! I can absolutely eat it ever day if I could lbvs! Bbq with a Latin Twist, definitely need to check them out ASAP
