every SINGLE time i come it takes around 30 minutes in the drive through. with a line and with absolutely 0 people in the line either way it takes that long and the food is never hot. also my order is messed up every single time and the workers get mad and have attitude with me as if it’s my fault they messed it up. i’ll take driving an extra 15 minutes to a different location to avoid this one.

Management at this place is horrible, wait times are ridiculous, they only focus on drive thru, they can have 1 or 2 customers waiting for food in the lobby for 10 minutes just to keep their drive thru flowing. And when I ask what was taking so long for 1 sandwich, the manager looked at me like I was sp
eaking another language and said it's coming.. I've been in management positions and I have to say they need assistance, training and lessons in being more professional.

This place is trash
They mess up every order
they all ways take 15 minutes to push any order out the window after 7pm. They say they can’t remove cheese from pre rolled burritos before they warm them up bc someone has a cheese allergy. That was coming from the manager.
I personally have been a manager at McDonald’s and this service is a huge disappointment. I hope they bring in better employees who actually care about their job and people who care about their customers. Worst McDonald’s EVER!

Food was not close to being warm for the meal ,fries were so salty, ordered a double filet fish meal tarter got a single filet fish... Paid the price for the double so they like to hope you don't call to correct problem make free money off higher priced meal... Then I call them 4 different times before someone picks up I ask for the manager and told she was one of them ( if she is she needs to be demoted not friendly at all)... Told her the issue wanted me back up there tonight I said I can't do that she said bring the receipt back well they didn't give one I'll I had was the grill slip order on what was to be my double fillet fish... I read the ticket order and that paper barely has ink printed on it... She gumply said hold on when I said you can put my name down and I will bring the grill slip she said hold on meanly I'll look.. I waited almost 20 minutes on hold when I finally hung up cause she knew she wouldn't be back and I did too but thought I'd see how long after that I hung up this is the Longwoodication off 17-92 by Hwy 434... I had problems in the past with them my daughter picked up my dinner not me.. I expect to get what I pay for and a decent product and not nastyness ... So avoid this location maybe they will learn...

I don't often write reviews, and i have never in my life written a negative one, however when i got up to the drive through speaker an employee said into the mic that she was the only one taking orders and to wait a second. we waited over 5 minutes before anyone took our order, so we decided to wrap around and see if maybe it had timed out or something however when we got back around she was taking someone else's order right away. we were upset but let it slide until she said the same thing to give her a minute because shes swamped. i am writing this review sitting in the car on minute 4. i had an online order which i feel is very easy to accommodate. i was extremely disappointed in this service.

I ordered a mac chicken and when I opened it to eat it I realized that it was old, the lettuce was damaged and it had a lot of mayonnaise, I couldn't eat it because it was so ugly, I returned it to request an exchange kindly and they didn't want to exchange it because they said I had already bitten it, it seems unfair to me because it was precisely when I tried it that I knew that the hamburger was very bad and that's why I couldn't continue eating it, it seems to me that the right thing should have been to change it, it's the first time I have had a bad experience like this in a McDonald's since I don't frequent them, but today's service was very bad, they didn't change the hamburger, I'm not going back

This is the worst McDonald's within 50 miles I swear to God. Do you not eat here they need to tighten up. There's literally another one less than a mile away Go there instead.
