Iâm not sure whatâs going on with the employees at this location, but there was a clear pricing issue with my order. A $6 McDouble meal and a $0.99 iced coffee with a coupon were somehow totaled as $11. I tried to explain at the drive-thru window that the price was incorrect, but the employee insisted the total was right. This suggests either poor training, lack of oversight, or another issue that management needs to address. I donât experience this problem at other McDonaldâs locations. In the end, I had to cancel my order and lost my lunch break because the error wasnât acknowledged or corrected.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the team here showed the true definition of excellent customer service. Adam, Lessie, and Shauna were amazing in service, while Vicenta and Tiffany kept everything fresh and perfect in the kitchen. You can see the teamwork, hear the kindness, and feel the positive atmosphere. This store should be a model training location for McDonaldâs!

Last night again at the same location yesterday the employees forgot a product, it was my hot n spicy Mcchicken, I bought it with my reward points but anyway it is very annoying that I used my points and I did not receive my product and as I said it is the 2nd time that something similar has happened to me at the same location :( I already sent a message to customer service and they did nothing about it.... I am sending this message so that if I go in the future I can AVOID it from happening again

The staff were friendly and great the tables were a bit dirty. But they have drink machines please don't take them away that is why I come to this one. Unlike other McDonalds in the area that took them away. I like having the option to get a refill if I want one. Keep up the good work

it was 4pm and they were out of EVERYTHING. i literally havnt had food in so long and i walk into this establishment happy and ready to order hot and fresh food, i look to my left and there is one family enjoying their food. why do i then walk over to the order kiosk and every single food item is âout of stockâ YOU ARE MCDONALDS HOW ARE YOU OUT OF STOCK?????? so unacceptable and i will never ATTEMPT to shop at this location again. do better.

The food its pretty much always good, but I have to stop going to this location because of their prices. They are the highest prices out of all the McDonald's in a 10 mile radius. It was convenient for me cause it was near my work but to pay $1-$2 more per item plus they charge for sauces now. It just doesn't make sense to continue going. Especially with all of the other food choices around. When a quarter pounder meal is over $10 and you can go next door to Chipotle and get an entire bowl for cheaper. Just doesn't make sense. Plus their drive through sucks. Most of the time during lunch or dinner hours they cheat the drive through system by sending everyone to the parking spots so that they still technically hit their times for the drive through, while you sit in the curbside parking for almost 20 minutes. I dont really ever leave reviews but its gotten sort of ridiculous. The fact I can choose any other local McDonald's on the app and everything in my cart goes cheaper. Just a scam.
