Amazing customer service. Food isn't always fresh and that's the reason for the missing star. Most of the time everything is great but those little misses here and there make a huge difference in someone's experience. I always say if you wouldn't eat it and you know it isn't fresh don't serve it to someone else. I went there yesterday and got a cold fried chicken breakfast sandwich and it was so chewy I couldn't eat it.

Better-than-average McDonalds location in the Orlando greater area. Clean, all the kiosks worked, no mix-ups with the order, and friendly service. Decent dining area with partitions that seem like it would be a good place for small groups.

Last visit staff was not friendly, person handling me my food seemed irritated that I didn't want a atraw for my hot chocolate, which turned out to be nothing but warm milk with whipped cream/chocolate drizzle. There was no chocolate in the milk.
I stirred it hoping chocolate was just not stirred in and on bottom, milk got slightly brown, but that was just from the drizzle on the whipped cream.
