What’s with McDonald’s getting so park happy? There’s not one McDonald’s that I go to where they automatically park you. It defeats the purpose of fast food when you’re having to wait 10 minutes for a cheeseburger on spot number three. Chick-fil-A would never.

Service has taken a serious hit under the new manager. I came in Saturday morning, and what used to be a well-run, efficient location was a mess. My order still wasn’t ready after 15 minutes, and when I politely asked the new manager about it, she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word. Completely unprofessional. The previous manager kept this place running smoothly, but today, customers were waiting all morning. This new manager is clearly not up to the task. Please bring back the leadership that actually knew how to run this place.

You get to wait 35 minutes for a happy meal and a quarter pounder meal. They literally take the people through the drive thru while you stand at the counter and they try their hardest not to make eye contact with you. Don’t offer an apology. Heck they won’t even give you your drink as you stand there for 30 minutes at a “fast food” place. Not coming back here for nothing. Unless of course it’s through the drive through since that’s the only way you will eat in under 45 minutes at a McDonald’s. Absolutely ridiculous.

The managers that are very unfriendly The general manager Charmaine it's just very rude she doesn't have any upbeat mood and instead of helping people she just wants to demand it she really shouldn't be in the position she's in. She makes everybody else do it and she doesn't do anything or doesn't take blame for her own restaurant she just wants to put blame on other people that's not okay. I've done fast food before and never treated anybody that way.

I don’t understand why you repeat the order three times they still get it wrong and then when you tell them they get an attitude with you it’s not my fault or anyone else’s that they hate their jobs. They don’t listen. They don’t wanna work or be there if you’re so unhappy find another job.

They have no idea how to complete an order on time, correctly or with any special requests. If I were a manager here I would be perpetually embarrassed. It literally (no exaggeration) took one hour to complete a Big Mac, 2 cheeseburgers and 14 chicken nuggets. So bad.

OMG, there should be a way to give this place a minus rating... Went in one evening, ordered food, normally it should take about 15 mins, place wasn't busy, after 45 minutes food wasn't ready, was told another 15 minutes, WTH???, asked for our money back...Stay away!!!
