Any time in the afternoon, it’s great, but hours say drive through is open at 5am. I’ve gone several times around that time and no one is there

I’ve noticed a concerning pattern at this location: the store only seems to run smoothly when a strong manager is on shift or when corporate is present. Unfortunately, Monday morning (7/28/25) was another example of poor execution. This marks the second time in one week that my Egg McMuffin meal was missing the meat entirely.
These repeated mistakes suggest a deeper issue with consistency and accountability during certain shifts. When corporate is in the building, everything runs well — which tells me the team can do better, but isn’t held to that standard consistently.
I strongly recommend sending a secret shopper to this location during typical morning hours. You’ll likely see firsthand what customers are experiencing when leadership is lacking.

1st the person taking the order was absolutely horrible. Rushing not listening and I was the only car in the drivthru. 2nd I ordered a cook to order filet meal. Asked me to go to space 1. 3rd employee came out as soon as I parked with an order. I mentioned how quick when I ordered made to order. His response was we just switched to lunch and this just came up. BS….the fries looked and tasted day old. No crisp all soggy and tons of salt. Sandwich was cold to warmish, hard and twice cooked filet. Nothing about this entire meal was fresh except the Coca-Cola. I will never stop at this location ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. McDonald’s is my guilty pleasure meal when running errands and I want something quick. This place has reminded me how bad this place is.
I like many others saw the media coverage about the new McCrispy chicken strips at McDonald's.
I saw the commercials and Internet post showing beautiful chicken strips etc.
I was confident that McDonald's spent millions on research on how to gain market share against the major players in the field. The Chic Filet's, Raising Cains, Zaxby's, PDQ, Magoo's, KFC, Popeye's, Bojangles etc
What I ate today was the absolute worst example of a chicken strip, I've ever eaten.
They were greasy, burnt,flavorless, rubbery, low grade chicken.
Maybe go back and train management and staff not to cook them over their time and then hold them in warming bins?
The best part of the others that have perfected this simple chicken strip meal is fresh chicken, breaded to order and fried golden brown

The food was absolutely top quality, making some of the most basic menu items taste better than any I’ve ever tried.
