Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered two large pizzas and got two small instead. Even had to drive to the place to prove that they were small. Ridiculous!

They use doordash for deliveries. Complete and utter nonsense. Doordash drivers don't care about the quality of the pizza and don't have GPS trackers so it always gets here horrible.

So for game day we ordered our pizza 5 hours early to ensure delivery was on time and when we called to check on order due to it being past delivery time. The employee told us rudely "That we along with 50 other people ordered our pizza for that time so we needed to wait." So obviously we canceled our order due to the attitude of the employee. He didn't cancel the order and Doordash delivered anyways. I tipped the driver (no fault of his) and ordered Marcos Pizza and will not do business with them again.

Pizza was cold, bland, and lacking. I’m usually a fan of pizza in general but this one wasn’t worth the $30 paid. Order from anywhere else.

Went in to buy a bottle of soda last minute. I only had a $20.00 bill on me from an ATM. ( I don't use credit cards for small stuff). They refused to accept a lousy $20.00! If it was a $50 or $100 I get it. Dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Up until today, I have always had a good experience with Papa John's. Unfortunately, today my experience was terrible. I had placed an order for three pizzas. One of them, which was a Super Hawaiian. I specifically requested no sauce and I know that I selected it. Something must have gone wrong, because it deflected back to original sauce. I called to correct the order and the manager was rude, argumentative, and verbally abusive. She kept insisting that it was my fault and implying that I just want something for free. This was very hurtful and wrong. All I wanted was for the order to be fixed. I called back to speak to the manager. She insisted that she was the manager which I don't think is true. I was being very professional but firm, voicing my concerns about her poor service. She gave a fake apology and kept repeating that no sauce wasn't selected, and it didn't come through and she wanted to force me to understand that. I ended the call and confirmed that my replacement pizza is on the way. I will never order personally from Papa John's again, and will share my experience with others. I hope that upper management will deal with this manager and correct her attitude instead of shaming customers and simply provide customer service and do her job. That is not time to stereotype people, nor be racial and political. This manager was truly a "Karen."

I ordered a steak jalapeno pizza, and wings, food was good but I got no steak on pizza ???? Called to correct no response, answering service is terrible.

I only got some sides tonight, like breadsticks and cheese sticks but I really appreciate the service and love this location. The guy that helped me was very kind and did a great job!

Some appreciation day for customers. I had to go 6 miles out of my way to another Papa John’s to pick up another pizza for myself because I was told that there was only one per customer. I learned from the Winter Park Papa Johns who are wonderful and have a wonderful attitude to them by the way, they said it’s unlimited. This guy was just being lazy and didn’t want to do his job. I mean, I get it but if you’re not willing to work, then don’t apply for the job. I will not be back to this location. I will stick to the Winter Park on Redbug Lake Road because not only are they friendly, they are very accommodating and they were very kind. The guy that took my order at the Longwood location was dismissive and he really did not care.

Pizza crust is like card board at least the thin crust no more papa for me
