Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered delivery and it's my first time ordering from this location. I am a 10 minute drive away, but I was too tired to get it myself after work. The estimated time was over an hour from when I put the order in. It does not take that long to make pizza or drive 10 mins. I am confused, hungry, and I should have gone somewhere else.

Kati was awesome helped me out bc I tried placing a order online and was unable to and for the inconvenience she gave me a discount!!! Definitely love coming to this papa John’s.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a pizza with steak and mushrooms, but I only received mushrooms. I paid $40 including delivery, and I’m very disappointed with the mistake

I get that mistakes are made. It happens everywhere. That said my pizza was given to someone else accidentally. They did correct the error and remade my pizza but when you are on a time constraint that 20 some minutes hurts. Thank you for correcting it but I'm not sure this place will get its act together.

I was at the store and wanted to place an order. It was busy. While I was waiting someone came to drop off a resume looking for work and one of the older gentleman with a thick accent (who cares, just trying to give detail of said person) started hollering from the back of the store to the girl in the front “throw it away, it’s trash!” A couple times at that! It was not funny! That is NOT how you treat people! That person applying probably felt so uncomfortable because they quickly left and so did I. That’s disgusting!! Don’t work with and around people, especially customer service if you don’t know how to human, dude!

From promised time. The pepperoni pizza was not good with hardly any pepperonis on the pizza. Will never order from Papa John’s again. Possible the worst pizza in town.

I will never order from here. It's so disgusting to me when management decides to put a sign on the bathroom door that says employees only. Especially when it's in the lobby and clearly there for public use.

The younger guy has a bad attitude. He didn't want to take my order because he told me I had to wait 25 or 30 minutes. Anyway, I wanted to wait, the guy kept arguing, talking, and ignoring me. The older man was so respectful that he wanted to take my order, but the younger one wouldn't let him. How can a restaurant allow that kind of people where they don't even respect their coworkers, they ignore them, they should look for staff with good customer service, People go to buy, not to ask for free .

Ordered a Shaq-a-roni to be picked up in an hour and a half, but got a text 15 min later that my order was ready.. I called the store but couldn’t change it. That’s my only complaint but the pizza and service was 🔥🔥🔥

Bunch of clowns in this kitchen. Pick up orders are NEVRR ready they actually are not even started until walk in fun facts. They will not allow customers to use the restroom either and lie and say they miss placed the key as I watch an employee go in with the key.

What a waste of money! There were minimal toppings on our pizza. The jalapenos bites were all cheese goop and semi cooked dough. Hard pass on any future orders.
