The staff there last night, 03/28/25 were absolutely rude. Our order wasnt ready on time and was actually more than 20 minutes later than the app advised. The workers couldn't have cared less about any of the customers there waiting for their orders.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut. The employees are incompetent and lazy. I order one large pizza and 8 boneless wings online and it said pickup time was in 15 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later and the worker (who has an aggressive attitude) tells me it is not ready. I waiter for OVER an hour just for them to tell me that my order had been ready and was at the bottom of the oven. I would not recommend going here is you want fresh hot food.

Incompetent workers. My pizza was done for an hour and the old man working in the front said it wasn’t mine. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m left to eat cold pizza. If you want your food done right, don’t go to this Pizza Hut!

This Pizza Hut is great! All the managers here are very kind and put the customer first. I would recommend picking up the pizza yourself at any Pizza Hut for that matter as most use Door-dash for delivery and Door-dash can be unreliable, but if you pick it up yourself, you'll be treated to some really good Pizza!👍

Put in an order, got pushed to doordash delivery. Almost an hour after the order was picked up I got cold pizza and wings. They also didn't leave the order to remain contactless.

We use to order from here once a week for my daughter. The past 2 times have been awful. Bad in so many ways. We really liked having them so close to the house and they were amazing. Everything has gone downhill. The last time we ordered I tried to go in to speak to someone but was ignored for 10 minutes in a store, in complete chaos. I filed a complaint through the website and was told the store would reach out within 72 hours. They didn’t. Luckily there is better pizza close by. We just liked the convenience.

Don't order from here. You won't get your food and when you call you won't get anyone that speaks English or that knows what is going on. Ordered at 2:57. Delivery time in the email was 3:30. It's now 4:45 and after 3 failed attempts at getting someone on the phone that knows what is going on I still have no food and no idea if food is coming. How is this place even still open for business?! Worst service ever!!Edit: it's now 5:00. Two entire hours, just to find out they cancelled my order. What an absolute bunch of clowns!! My family has been waiting 2 hours for food that was never made and will not be delivered! Unacceptable! The charges better be refunded to my card! Order from this clown show at your own risk

I don't know why I can't seem to get a good thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut no matter which one I go too ! It's always overcooked. Just imagine a cracker with overcooked melted cheese. This is why I go somewhere else now.

On March 31st around 12:30 AM, I called the Pizza Hut store that is closest to my house. I wanted to find out if I had enough time to place an online order for delivery without them cancelling it.
(The store that I contacted was not this location.)
I called because of how late it was. (I guess it was actually really early. Again, it was 12:30 AM).
Online, I read that the majority of their stores were due to close at 1:00 AM, but it did not say when they would stop taking orders. Also, I figured the hours may be different because of the Easter holiday.
Someone answered and place me on hold before asking what it was that I needed. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes while the annoying old music played. I decided to hang up. It was already late and the clock was ticking.
I called right back and tried to quickly tell the man that answered that I just had a quick question, but he cut me off and placed me on hold again.
I decided to try to place my order, thinking there was no way the website would allow it to go through & take my money if it was already too late.
I placed the order at 12:56 a.m. and paid with my debit card f
My order was supposed to arrive from this location - Hunt Club in Longwood, FL. It automatically chose this store after I entered my address on the Pizza Hut website.
As soon as I hit "Place Order" at 12:56 AM, the money for the order as well as a generous tip for the driver was deducted from my account. I was redirected to a page that said:
"Order Confirmed!
We are working on your order.
Expected Delivery Time: 1:26 AM -March 31, 2024
Click to TRACK".
I also received a text message and an email that said the same thing.
The problem is, the order never came. I was never even notified that it was going to be cancelled, and I was not refunded. They just decided to ignore me! And take my money! I am still in shock.
I checked my order history on the site, which now showed that I placed the order for 2 days in the future, April 2. They had changed the date and time on my order for 2 days later.
I tried calling the Hunt Club location, but no one answered.
I didn't know what to do, so I attempted to call the other store that I had tried before ordering. The manager answered, but before I could even get a word out, he quickly mumbled, "We're closed," and hung up on me. I tried again, and this time, he didnt even say anything. He picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I couldn't believe it.
I tried to find a corporate number, but I was unable to find much in terms of contact information.
I waited out the holiday and was curious to see if the order would be delivered on April 2. It wasn't.
I called Hunt Club unspoken to the store manager, a very kind woman who is very accommodating and apologetic. She sent the order to me immediately, free of charge. However, I still tipped the delivery driver since it wasn't his fault. But that doesn't exactly fix the problem.
I expected to be contacted by the corporate because of the incredible lack of professionalism.
I wasn't.
Pizza Hut is a huge chain. If this happened to me, I am guessing it happens to a lot of people, and probably all of the time.
Something needs to change.
I would like to thank the manager at the Hunt Club location for the way that she handled the situation, and I am sorry you were the one who had to deal with it, because it was not your fault. I appreciate your patience. You do an excellent job.
