How to lose a decade long loyal customer:
Shiraz used to be great and the people who ran it were always friendly whom I enjoyed talking with whenever I came to pick up my takeout. The food was our go to place above anywhere else in town. Lately the market appears to have new management that are rude and disrespectful. Really argumentative and defensive. The quality of the food has also dropped significantly. The management obviously cares only about money and not their customers. Never coming back again.

My husband is iranian. We went in there for few persian grocery items and sadly this is not the first time this has happened to us. The heavier set lady is extremely rude and unpleasant. You have to ask her for a receipt. Also, what they do is illegal and that's charging tax on dry uncooked goods. The sticker price ALWAYS rings up more at the register. My friends and I are going to file an official complaint with the BBB And other higher authorities. In this economy and with numerous competition around the area, you guys better start taking care of your customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

We used to love this place, but our recent visit was a huge letdown. The kabob was dry, flavorless, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Nothing like the juicy, well-seasoned meat we remembered. Even the rice was bland and overcooked. It’s really disappointing to see how far the quality has dropped. Not sure what changed—maybe new management or a different chef—but it’s definitely not the same anymore. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

The food is very delicious but the staff has some sort of attitude we bought some drinks alongside our food and some snacks they were expired we notified them and they still didint do anything they were like what do u want me to do she didint care at all if you just want to go thier for the food then its good but make sure you read the expiration dates
Reply to the owner We ended up getting refunded for the drinks but the bubblegum and and the other things we bought we didint cause when we realized we had already driven away the chocolate and bubblegum were expired as well
