Rude and unhelpful unprofessional and lazy

Food is great at sonic . But, every time I go ,there is someone soliciting there. You can’t even eat your food in peace, without some solicitor coming up to your car . I’m using the drive thru for now on. It really gets on my nerves !

I went through the drive-through a couple weeks ago and I just thought about I hadn’t posted this. Nobody answered at the speaker so I drove up to the window. It was partially opened and when I got to the window, they closed it. I never even got to order. I will absolutely never go back to that sonic. It’s not the first time I’ve had horrible service at the drive-through.

Went to this location today and asked on the order speaker which slush was .79 cents and the girl that took my order said she did not know and rung me up for a small slush which was $2.49 and the medium was .79 cents. So I basically paid triple the amount for a small slush. Asked the black girl at the window what happen and she had a attitude so I asked for a refund, the manager then comes to the window with an attitude and told me it would take 30 days for me to get my refund which did not make sense. This location needs some males working that know what they’re doing, cause the ladies working here do not know what they’re doing at all and moody. It will be a while before I return to this location due to the lack of customer service served here.

Food quality was good. Service was a little slow even though there was nobody there besides me and one other car. And the place needs to be cleaned up a bit. But overall a good experience especially if you're needing something quick to eat.

Slowest fast food place ever
This sonic was always up and running this new crew don’t even answer the drive thru. When you order all you hear is (ok, ok, Ok)?like so you even say anything else ? Rude employees. Food taking more than 20 mins. Besides that food was good but cold.
I was running late from work one night and decided to stop and grab dinner for my family. I placed an order at 9:14 and the app said it would be ready by 9:20. I arrived, put in my stall number and waited. I waited about 8 minutes and then check the app to find that they had marked it as completed. I called the store to ask if I needed to come through the drive through to get it, because they appeared to be backed up a bit. The lady who answered was condescending and said, "No, you're waiting on food!" I explained that I was only asking because the app showed completed and she said cause we mark it that way. When they brought the food out at 9:34, I checked to make sure everything was in the bags. My teenage son specifically asked for a bacon deluxe triple smasher, which I ordered. When checking the order I found that the triple was actually made as a double. I went to the drive-thru window to let them know of the mistake. The young man at the window was nice and he went to let someone else (maybe the lead or manager) know, then he came back and started asking for my receipt like I was making it up. I handed it to him and he took it in to whoever was handling the other side of the issue. He apologized and said to give them a minute they would fix it. 9:45 I was finally handed the triple and left. Of course, thanks to this delay, everything else we ordered was cold, hard and soggy. The Groovy fries had no sauce and were hard. The pretzel was cold and hard. The mozzarella sticks were cold and my son compared it to eating a cheese stick right out of the fridge with coating on it. Burger customizations were not done. One of the burgers had such dark, hard edges where my tooth crunched on it, like eating eggshells. I used to love Sonic and I'm very disappointed with the experience we had this evening.

They always screw up with the orders. No matter how many times you repeat them, they're still screwed up. When you said double patties, they gave you a single patty. When you said everything on it, they put only mayonnaise and mustard! Come on, guys, if you think you are not competent enough, give up the job! Bad customer service at all times! When you say something about their mistakes, they raise their voice and don't even say an apology! No more again!

Did a mobile pick up order, 11:42am March 13th, there was a long black hair in my food, the service was super slow, it’s 12:18 now and I’m sitting in the same parking space, its not that busy right now, maybe need more help. But over 25 minutes

I never was responded to at the order speaker 🔊 so I eventually pulled up to the window. The cashier asked what I wanted and I told her a Lime slushee. She said the slushee machine wasn't working so I left.
