We had hot dogs and smash burgers with onion rings and French frys. The food was very good.

They are awful when it comes to service and just don’t pay attention to order's at all. That or because they have gotten use to me they choose to just pick on me! They always mess up my order! I also for a mango slush with extra flavor, added blue raspberry bubbles with extra bubbles! They did amazing at first. Now they always mess it up and never get it right, thy manage to either never do any flavor at all, no bubbles or just two bubbles to tease me. This time they ended up adding nerds to my drink and my 16 year old said mom they just like messing your order up. 🤦♀️ Please speak to your associates about making peoples orders correctly.

I use Sonic as my morning drink stop. They have that little ice and Styrofoam cups that keep my drink cold past lunch. I also like their breakfast burrito.

I walked into Sonic right as they were closing, fully expecting to be turned away or rushed. Instead, Angelyna gave me absolute world-class service. She was welcoming, patient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect — no attitude, no shortcuts, just professionalism and kindness.
It’s rare to see that level of care at the end of a shift, and it really stood out. Angelina is the kind of employee who makes people come back. Huge thank you to her and the team.

By far one of the most INSANE wait times I’ve had at a drive thru. Literally waited 40 minutes for TWO burgers. Burgers are cold as well but at this point I’m just happy to have the food in my hand.
I'm not sure what went wrong that night, but it was the first (and last) time we stopped by. It was late and the place was pretty empty. We placed a small order that took much longer than expected. The staff apologized for the delay, but when we got home, we weren't even sure we received exactly what we ordered. Anyway, the burgers were inferior quality and overcooked. The jalapeño peppers were a little better, but no sauce was offered or included. Unfortunately, it was just a waste of money.

Had to pick an uber eats order from this location and waited over 35 minutes for the order. I checked in multiple times while waiting the 35 minutes to ask about the status of the order and was reassured it was on the way. Come to find out after my 3rd or 4th check in l they gave the order to another driver 5 minutes after I arrived despite being told they would bring it out to me soon. So I was essentially lied to and I had to cancel the order and missed the pickup for my next delivery due to the next order’s store being closed which cost me money time and gas tonight. THATS JUST PT.1
PT.2 I got hungry and decided to return in the same hour as a customer this time willing to give them a chance to make it right. I asked for a simple order of mozzarella sticks and was hoping to get them comped or discounted to compensate for my troubles. Seemed like a reasonable price to discuss potential comp or discounting but the manager I spoke with was horrible at customer service and communication. She had a hostile tone and shut me down in the middle of my explanation as to what happened earlier when it was THEIR mistake. $7 people. They thought it was too much trouble to even discount a $7 order of mozzarella sticks to make things right and gain a new customer but it seems that was too much for the manager to handle. There’s no interpersonal skills at this location from whoever the manager was as I did not get her name, but know if you decide to come here you’re actively choosing worse customer service and quality of food and experience. Anywhere else would be more worth your money. As a result of their lack of communication with my delivery order earlier, I got a strike on my uber delivery account and am at risk of being terminated despite all that happened being out of my control. Shame on the manager and shame on whoever runs the place because they obviously don’t check in on their staff enough. The cashiers can only do so much and failure to deliver good service is a result of poor management and lack of training and care. I better hear from someone higher up because this is unacceptable and a business doomed to fail any day now if it keeps up.
Picked up food to go, my kid opened her kid meal to a burnt corn dog that she couldn't even eat. Waste of money and a big disappointment for her. Didn't think I had to check w corn dog for burns

The french fries wonderful me and my brother came in and we also got shakes. He asked for a strawberry banana one he just got plain strawberry. I asked for a strawberry cheesecake one I just got strawberry also but it was still cool. I guess.

Beware they steal your money and then ignore you until you leave. My 18 year old daughter took her brother to Sonic as a treat last night. He ordered 2 corn dogs, groovy fries and a shake and she ordered a combo, Groovy fries and a shake. They didn't receive the standalone shake at all. No Groovy sauce or even ketchup for the cold fries or the corn dogs. They said the lady that brought the food out spun around and stormed off as quickly as she passed off the bag and ONE shake. They pressed the call button with no response . So then they went to the drive thru to ask about it. They waited and waited. 10 minutes went by and the car in front of the line drove off (EMPTY HANDED). Then the car behind my daughter drove off and they decided to do the same. They went to Wawa and purchased another shake. Shame on you Sonic for stealing money from teenagers because you know they are too nervous to stand up to you!! Thieves! You need NEW management before you go out of business.

I have been coming to this sonic location for the last nine years. Recently, they've had a change of employees and menu. I just waited twenty five minutes in the drive through with two other cars, to receive the food. It took an additional 5 minutes at speaker before anyone answered. Literally took up my whole lunch break. And now i'm late heading back to work. Apparently, now you have to pay for the sauces that should come with your food. I ordered a soft pretzel twist and had to pay fifty cents for the cheese cup that should come with it. Very disappointing especially because I love sonic. I was also told by a young boy at the window that I was not able to use my sonic gift card at this location. Will not be coming back to this location.

I orders a $7 hot dog. And by the time could finish eating it, the hotdog fell through the bread and turned into a messy situation. I'll be back. But never again. Imaging if I order the foot long one. Which is what I initially considered.
