Came to this sonic from out of town. Was excited to try out sonic after not having it for years. Ordered one burger and a cherry limeade and ended up leaving after a 40 minute wait. I talked to an employee at 20 minutes after i placed my order and they told me I'll be out soon. Was not very busy. A total of 3-4 cars and drive thru was empty.

If you plan to wait an hour for one cold cheeseburger, cold-stale fries, and a melted down slushee. You’re just in luck. Stop on by to Sonic’s where you can throw your money right out the window and get actual dumpster fire food. :)

Manager is always rude and talks back always has an attitude. Was in drive thru for 15 minutes with no answer so i pull up to one of the order spots and when i tell her she gets mad and cuts me off to order. When I ask for ketchup she tells me I should have asked for it when I ordered. It was a burger and fries..I have never had to request ketchup packets when im ordering. She is not professional at all and definitely not management material if she hates her job that much. Have had at least 3 interactions with her like this.

On lunch break and ordered food, took 25 minutes for them to come out with the wrong order, the another 10 minutes to come back out and ask what my order is. It's 2pm well past lunch time and there was only 1 person there when we arrived. Decided to go els where. This business cost me well over an hour of time and way behind on scedule..!!! Employees need restrained with customer service and speed.

This place is so slow. I usually mobile order a slush and it still takes over 15 minutes to get it once I check in/arrive. Very frustrating, I don’t recommend coming here. Every time I’ve been it gets worse. This may be my last time here…. But the drive thru is moving so there is that. I only got a slush. It’s now 15 mins past my pick up window. No slush.
