Broke down on I-4, was able to pull into the closest parking lot. It was me and my young child. Asked for water (you know the free hydration staple in America) they said you have to order something to get water for free. Zero consideration. I’m not ordering coffee when I’m feeling dehydrated and body needed water. They were fully aware I was broke down. This is Florida and it is summer time. I live hours away from this place. Spent 10 hours waiting and trying to fix the vehicle, ended up ordering coffee before closing. The drink was made correctly.

I ordered twice the cold foam drink and it one didn’t come with cold foam. Didn’t sweat it came back around and ordered another one and it didn’t have any type of sweetness in it whatsoever. Terrible baristas. I’ve been here 3 times stopping by to greet my mom but it’s been a terrible drink every time.

I just got thoroughly cheated by Starbucks. I ordered a bagel with 2 cream cheese. I was charged two dollars and fifty cents additional for the cream cheese. What a massive rip off. Starbucks has gone down the toilet in a major way. What a disgrace. I am absolutely disgusted with starbucks and their gouging prices. After this latest bad experience, I will choose any alternative other than starbucks other than as a toilet stop.

Drive thru this morning. Venti cappuccino. Half foam! $5 for very little coffee. It felt lite when she handed it to me so I should have known. Won't happen again.
This Starbucks consistently creates the best drinks, especially the Oleato. It's always smooth and perfectly mixed (I get it with two pumps Toffee Nut). The other SBs in the area do not do as well.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I am also a true believer in constructive criticism. Lately, every time I mobile order, my drink is wrong. It’s so frequent, that it’s gotten to the point where I’m too embarrassed to tell them my order is wrong. I also use mobile order to save time so I can get to work on time, but it doesn’t work if I have to ask them to remake it each time. I’m not even ordering a drink with a ton of customizations. I understand that a mistake is going to be made every now and then, but it’s happening too many times specifically to me. The last thing I ordered seemed simple enough. It was a pumpkin cream chai, but instead of pumpkin, they put apple crisp foam on top. I’m not sure if the team just needs more training on the drink recipes or just needs to be more attentive with what they are making. I just want what I paid for. I hope this feedback helps.

There is nothing better than a Iced Chai Latte with no chai..Their staff is either on point or not. At one point i went thru the drive thru 3 times and still left with nothing. Today was another epic failure with a non chai latter. Note: if the drink is blonde, it's not a correct chai.
