When it was my turn I said hello, he didn't acknowledge me. I said thank you when he handed me my change, he didn't say you're welcome, nothing. I know he can speak because he had a conversation with the man in front of me. He would have gotten a tip from me but since he chose to be rude he got nothing.

A barista named Meghan helped me. She asked me about a customization I had mobile ordered and was super friendly and sweet. I just wanted to write this review to say how nice she was and it really made my morning.

This location is always messing up my orders and I never complain but I’m sick of it ! Never add the extras I ask for and when one of the girls pointed it out at the window the girl brushed it off and gave her a look. Too expensive to be this incompetent!

first of all if I ask you to remake a drink, you shouldn’t make it the exact same way that the first person made it because obviously it was wrong.

Second, it’s not my fault that y’all don’t know how to make drinks. so I came to the Apopka one and do you see the difference in the drinks? They actually know how to make a drink. I didn’t have to ask them again to remake it. It’s not me, it’s y’all. And you’re nasty attitude women working there and talk crap while I’m waiting for the drink to be remade. Keep talking your crap, I’m not the one with the issue. I’m not the one that doesn’t know how to make drinks. I worked at Starbucks for five years. I’m not about to sit there and let you hand me a drink and pay $5 for it just to then be wrong.

and apparently the manager at this location says that you’re supposed to charge individually for a Frappuccino that you just want no coffee in. This is literally the only location that does that but according to the barista that handed me my drink, she said that her manager requires her to ring it up this way. I asked her for a mocha cookie crumble no coffee.. this is what she charged.. almost $7 for a tall Frappuccino, get out seriously.. which my daughter didn’t drink it tasted so bad. 2 for 2 on awful drinks and service, way to go.

Not a fast location by any means if you plan on coming inside. Especially for pickup orders, they prioritize drive through only so I would suggest going through that.
22 minutes for 3 hot lattes and a microwave sandwich.

I always have a great experience here only one time when I went on the inside. I walk on lunch break to get a cup of coffee. I waited and waited until everyone behind me got there coffee. I was like hey I didn't get my coffee ☕ and lady from the back has to make my coffee. She did the sandwiches she tried but it wasn't the best. I didn't have time to have them fixed me another one. Besides that they make my coffee the best at this location.

Broke down on I-4, was able to pull into the closest parking lot. It was me and my young child. Asked for water (you know the free hydration staple in America) they said you have to order something to get water for free. Zero consideration. I’m not ordering coffee when I’m feeling dehydrated and body needed water. They were fully aware I was broke down. This is Florida and it is summer time. I live hours away from this place. Spent 10 hours waiting and trying to fix the vehicle, ended up ordering coffee before closing. The drink was made correctly.

I ordered twice the cold foam drink and it one didn’t come with cold foam. Didn’t sweat it came back around and ordered another one and it didn’t have any type of sweetness in it whatsoever. Terrible baristas. I’ve been here 3 times stopping by to greet my mom but it’s been a terrible drink every time.
