Terrible service, I placed my order for a drink at 12:09 on my cell phone and they ended up giving it to me at 12:30, apart from the fact that they gave me an incomplete drink. Very slow staff because they didn't have many people and I had to complain three times so they could serve me. I don't recommend it at all.

I love this Starbucks the staff is always friendly, my order is always accurate and fresh. But the morning coffee pick up gives me anxiety. It’s not really Starbucks fault but it’s like a tug of war game with cars. I use the mobile ordering but it still takes awhile to actually get into the parking lot to park.

Blue hair at drive thru is unbelievable. ? So rude. Gets annoyed if you pay cash. Also hun, it's black coffee. Fill to the top unless someone asks. No, I'm not going to pay Venti price for a grande amount of coffee. She tried to ignore me when I asked her to fill the cup and said she needed to take an order. Finally did begrudgingly and gives an explanation that they're supposed to leave room. This person should not be working a drive thru. ?

Starbucks is always packed when I go there. That's why the Atmosphere rating is lower. If we are eating on the food, then the selection of food needs to improve. But since this is mostly a coffee shop some of the coffee is bitter.Now, for the service there. The people whom make up the Starbucks team there is near perfection. They handle the crowded store with ease. The drive thru runs efficiently as well, sometimes takes a little longer at times but that can be the customer's fault and not their fault.Parking: Park in other parking lots in the plaza and walk to Starbucks.Tip for building future Starbucks....If you think you've made the parking lot big enough, then double it. And make sure Starbucks is a stand alone business for your parking lot.

Great place to go to work. There is plenty of space and the wifi works well on my computer. There is also parking. The coffee was good and the cashier was very nice. Clean place.
