Emma made me the BEST coffee I’ve ever had today and it was so freaking good I went back 15 mins later for another! She listened to what I liked because I wanted to try something different and whipped me up a glass of fabulousness! Thanks Emma for my new addiction.

Rough day at Starbucks. I ordered a turkey egg white cheddar sandwich for breakfast. Got about a mile away and started eating it and it was frozen. Turned back around and they kindly remade it for me. Not only were the sizes of the sandwiches, inconsistent one sandwich with one egg white Patty and the other sandwich with two egg white patties, my second one was also frozen....
I'm sure they're having oven problems but they didn't even check to see if either of them were warm. Big bummer today.

If I could give 10 stars I would. HUGE shoutout to Katie, an absolute sweetheart! My friend and I came in yesterday, and when my friend realized the pumpkin syrup was gone, Katie made a great suggestion for something similar... and it was delicious! She was so sweet taking our order, she was smiling, she was welcoming and she was very attentive. They had a meeting in the cafe about 15 min after we ordered (which she let us know ahead of ordering), so we sat outside. Right before locking the doors, she came outside to let us know if we wanted anything else let her know because they were about to close the doors. I said oh yeah I'm just gonna run in and grab a straw. Before I could even take a step she ran in and brought me a straw. She offered us waters and everything. I don't know if she's a supervisor or not but if she ever wants to be, MANAGEMENT- GIVE HER THE POSITION!!! She's a 10/10!! We will continue our regular study sessions at this location!! The rest of the employees are also super kind always. I have never once had a problem here about anything EVER! They're all very sweet, service is quick, store is always clean... I mean I can go on and on, I only have great things to say about this location.

Very, very, very hot... i ordered, speak with a friend a lot, remember that I ordered a l medium latte, and it was very hot I could not drink it... not much milk foam... more looks like coffee with boiling milk, but not latte... I'm a latte fanatic but this one was real frustration... I'll add photo how i make at home

Shoutout to Ellis working the drive-thru this morning! Her positive attitude and bright smile absolutely made my day. I haven’t experienced this level of genuine customer service in a long time. She quickly fixed my coffee order and even managed to have a great conversation with me during the short wait. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—left feeling recharged and appreciated. Did a mobile order for two drinks. Got my first drink perfectly fine. Took over 20 minutes to get my second drink which was a Mocha Frappuccino. The empty cup was over by the drive thru window with no one around it/making it. Will never order at this location again.

My daughter and I came here this week. Staff informed us that the refrigerator isn't working only a few items available. Asked which ones we got those. Got a breakfast sandwich and two matchas.
Then at 2am, my daughter who got a matcha as well, started throwing up. All night and morning. Later that day my stomach started to rumble too. Thinking it was the matcha. Very disappointing. Will be calling store in the morning.

Only went through the drive through, but the service was quick, helpful, patient, and friendly. The coffee was perfect in temperature and flavor. The breakfast sandwich that I'd ordered (sausage, egg, and cheddar) was very fresh and flavorful.
