I ordered the Philly steak online and paid for double meat. I usually won't order online because I like to see my food being made. When I received my order, the sandwich felt airy. I asked the young lady if she added the double meat. She said if the receipt says double, we added it. I got home and opened the sealed sandwich to find a dry, regular meat foot long. I called 3 times to resolve the issue, and the phone continued to ring until it disconnected each time. This is not acceptable. I expect to hear from customer service soon.

Always understaffed!
First time placing an order on the app which they said would be ready by 9:45 p.m. My husband arrived to the location only for the associate to then state that they went ahead and canceled the entire order which was for two subs one of which was a meatball sub. And because the associate says with almost 2 hours prior to closing you don't have any meatballs left you canceled the entire order and by the time my spouse gets there you have nothing ready for them. There wasn't even an attempt made to substitute the sub upon arrival. Shity service by someone ready to go home with almost 2 hours left on their shift. Stating that a phone call was placed once. Nowhere on the order that they say that it would be protocol that they would be called you never know what the situation may be why someone doesn't want to answer a number that they don't know that only called once while they were driving which could be dangerous. No voicemail left by the way, and again once the customer has been told that the order is all set and ready to go and be ready by 9:45, they're just going to head there and get their food. Firehouse subs would never have been this unprofessional. I'm going to delete this account that we created and now you have lost future business because you don't handle business well. I'm sure there are far more people in a McDonald's line then they are in the subway line at this time of night. Your associate has probably been coasting most of the night why can't you just make two subs?! And then you were shocked and surprised when my husband asked for a proof of voided transaction. As if we're just supposed to trust you?!Never Again !!

Do yourself a favor and find a different subway to spend your money. Customer service and a welcoming environment are not found here.
The owner of this establishment should be ASHAMED of themselves for the work conditions they put on their employees.
Every time I walk in there is always 1 employee working (especially peak hours). Said employees are almost always in a bad mood because they are working alone. Which they then take it out on people bringing business through the door.
We donât need the stank face and passive aggressive talk under your breath as a side with our combo. Especially at the insanely inflated âpost Jaredâ price point for a foot long.

Once I got the food it was subway⊠average.
They only scheduled one person sheâs going as fast as she can. Who does the schedule? I waited 15 minutes to order. Management needs to rethink this one person on Sunday at lunch time.

Black guy mean and unfriendly vibe. Never visiting again. If you donât like providing customer service find another job that doesnât involve working with people. Gives off uninviting aura.
I live in the area. On two separate occasions I was treated rudely by the staff. I walked out this last time and wonât be back. The franchisee needs to be aware of this. Iâm glad I donât treat my customers like this. If they donât like to work there they should go, instead of running customers off.

Iâve eaten subway subs my entire life and this is by far the worst experience. They gave me the stalest bread possible. It was inedible. I donât understand how someone can grab a piece of bread that hard and decide to serve it.

I went in to pick up an online order, I grabbed my bag from the shelf and politely asked for a side of sauce from the employee behind the counter. He did not speak a word just rolled his eyes as he walked over to get my sauce, he walked back over and sat the sauce on the counter even though I held my hand out to grab it and he rolled his eyes again still never even speaking. He needs to be retrained on customer service for sure. Iâve been in upper level restaurant management for many many years including at a subway. If my employee ever acted this way to a customer they would be standing in the unemployment line with a quickness. Do better.

Older gentleman was rude. I asked for extra black olives and he told me he gave me the max they could give. I am pregnant and emotional so I started to tear up. He had no remorse and told me itâs company policy. Online says unlimited toppings thoâŠ
