I went to get a. Protein bowl but I noticed the lettuce was brown. She said that's what came on the truck today. In the future plz don't even serve it as it made me wonder about the rest of your so called fresh ingredients. So I had asked if she could chop up the spinach as this is for my mother with little teeth. She looks at me and said um well no one will probably do that for u just so I know but I will this time. I wouldn't even asked for spinach if u had good lettuce. Next time Publix all the way!

Made sandwich wrong and accused me of lying. None of the ingredients were on there that I requested. She agreed she had read the list of ingredients wrong from online order and she did not see all the other ingredients on her list. Even still they said I could be lying and they would not be able to help unless I left work to go show them the sandwich. I don’t have time to go fix their mistakes. Very poor service and not the first time they mess up the sandwich just the first time I am reaching out about it.

I was refused service by one of the employees yesterday. Didn't offer an apology, didn't offer to make my sandwich and only made the situation worse. Very smug. One guy in front of me left in disgust. He had to call his job to let them know that he would be late because he could not get his order. The employee told me that he got a refund. She could have fixed the problem with him. This girl was in a negative mood and made sure everyone elses' day would be ruined also. I asked her twice if she would make my sandwich and she totally ignored me. She said she didn't see me. How could she not? I was refused service by subway employee. She even said her manager looked at the camera and told her she was totally right. She skipped over me saying and the man she started waiting on was trying to tell her to make my sandwich. She ignored me and never even started making my sandwich. I asked her twice. She made the situation worse. I left angry and so did the guy with the pickup order. He asked me outside if I knew where a McDonald's was. I didn't. He had to call his job and tell them he would be late, because he only had a 30 minute lunch break. How dare she treat people this way. I will be seeking help this morning. I felt she was prejudice and would not wait on me.

This location may have changed management. Used to be good, but now the employee refused to accept a Subway coupon and was rude. There's a nice Subway just down the street on 434, so I won't be going to this location again.

Worst service ever. Had $6.69 for 12 cookies but they were $8.13. She would not honor the shown price. Would not give her name, manager number or any information. Said she can't do anything. I said this is terrible customer service. She said it's not. It's just the way it is and I don't have to buy.
Also, when ordering our sandwiches the sandwich maker( the same girl) gave me grief about a children's sub. She said she can't make any changes. I only didn't want tomatoes. Also, I wanted cheese bread on my footlocker but I wasn't asked and was given white bread. It wasn't a big deal but after the cookie problem, I'm writing all my complaints. I usually love Subway. I'm very disappointed and will never come to this location again. I want my tip back!! Her ripping off $6.69 sign on cookies.

I visited this Subway location today and was very disappointed. I ordered three subs, and when we got home to eat them, the bread was extremely stale and dry. I’m not sure if this is due to new management or other changes, but the quality at this location has definitely gone downhill. I hope they address this issue, because in the past this location was much better.

I went to this store on 08/21/2025. My kids went into the restroom to wash their hands before they got their subs. I started to order and the young lady behind the counter didn’t seem too approachable, her demeanor was totally off, lack of customer service but I still didn’t think anything, I continued to ordered. I ordered 3 tuna subs, told her what bread I wanted it. She got nippy and asked me if I was ordering foot long or 6 inches, I proceeded to tell her foot longs. I asked her if she spoke Spanish because she was playing Spanish music on the subway radio, she seemed super upset and hyper expressed that she didn’t or that she tries not to speak Spanish. I am not sure what to make of that, but ok, anyways, by the time she pulled my 3 bread, she had made my appetite disappear. My kiddos were super disappointed and my son that’s 11 yrs old, was completely confused and asked me why was she so rude? An 11 yr old, was more aware of an adult behavior, than the own young adult that was behind the counter. I understand that people have bad days, we all do, but you can’t take your anger or frustration out on other people. I went to the subway on 434, next to the dollar store and the McDonald and the young man that took care of us, was a total charm! I was so glad that I still drove to another subway, because he made up for Keila’s lack of empathy. I love subway, always have and as long as there are subways, I will continue to buy their subs. I just hope that I never run into another Keila because she almost ruined the rest of my already bad day. When I went there I was already having a terrible day but I chose kindness and she for some reason chose aggression. Keila needs a job but didn’t seem to want to work. I hope that Keila finds a job that suits her better, but customer service is not her strongest position.

This use to be a very good Subway must have recently changed management maybe? No acknowledgement when we came in and waited for her to make on line sub, placed our order & tho we didn't present our coupon before ordering she wouldn't take it, guess this Subway doesn't take coupons any more. We should have left without our order but went ahead & paid full boat. Won't be back. Disappointed with customer service, etc.

My family and I came in to grab some sandwiches for lunch. (7/13 @ around 12:30pm) While the food was good and my family was satisfied, the customer service experience was disappointing. The woman who helped us had a noticeably unfriendly and impatient attitude. She responded to our simple questions—such as about bread options, since our usual choice wasn’t available—as if they were annoying or obvious, which came off as dismissive and rude. Her demeanor made the whole interaction uncomfortable and a little unwelcoming. It was discouraging enough that I personally lost my appetite and chose to eat somewhere else.

Every time I’ve ordered here, everything is perfect. They always make sure to go above and beyond to fulfill any special requests and the sandwiches look like they do in the advertisements sometimes, it’s awesome. The crew here is great and I wouldn’t want to go to any other Subway. They even made sure that the order was mine and that I wasn’t some rando taking stuff, so I appreciate that they actually care and make the effort. Thanks for being consistently amazing every time!
