This use to be a very good Subway must have recently changed management maybe? No acknowledgement when we came in and waited for her to make on line sub, placed our order & tho we didn't present our coupon before ordering she wouldn't take it, guess this Subway doesn't take coupons any more. We should have left without our order but went ahead & paid full boat. Won't be back. Disappointed with customer service, etc.

My family and I came in to grab some sandwiches for lunch. (7/13 @ around 12:30pm) While the food was good and my family was satisfied, the customer service experience was disappointing. The woman who helped us had a noticeably unfriendly and impatient attitude. She responded to our simple questions—such as about bread options, since our usual choice wasn’t available—as if they were annoying or obvious, which came off as dismissive and rude. Her demeanor made the whole interaction uncomfortable and a little unwelcoming. It was discouraging enough that I personally lost my appetite and chose to eat somewhere else.

Every time I’ve ordered here, everything is perfect. They always make sure to go above and beyond to fulfill any special requests and the sandwiches look like they do in the advertisements sometimes, it’s awesome. The crew here is great and I wouldn’t want to go to any other Subway. They even made sure that the order was mine and that I wasn’t some rando taking stuff, so I appreciate that they actually care and make the effort. Thanks for being consistently amazing every time!

Guy was a little overwhelmed. Said Sundays didn't usually get too busy. Was there close to 15 min for 1 sub... someone kept calling on the phone.. I swear it was a minimum of 15 calls in like 10 minutes. That was the most annoying part. Employee was very apologetic.

They only had two types of bread. They are super cheap with the veggies. I kept asking for more and she put on a tiny peice. She said the are only aloud to give a little. Will never go to this location again.

I ordered 2 subs online with the FLBOGO promo code and in the instructions box in my app I asked to sub out rotisserie chicken for regular chicken. Once I got to the store the woman behind the counter ( the manager) asked my name for the ordered and said she couldn't sub the chicken out. I was in disbelief that she couldn't make it right for me, the paying customer. I said I would buy the other chicken if need be amd walked out to get my debit card. And as I walked out I said "wellp, she's getting a bad review " . Went back in and she hands me a receipt saying she voided my order..returning my payment accusing me of cussing while walking out of the store. I said what happened to customer service..she just looks at me and angrily highlights her managers email on my void/refund recipe. She embarrassed me..was extremely out of place and doesn't handle her job well from my prospective. Lacks customer service skills, kindness, and needs more training..or find a job shes happy with serving her local neighborhood!! Myself AND my family and friends will be told about this interaction and will not give this store our business any longer. Avoid this location!!! She also let someone sleep on the benches inside the store with a jacket over their head. Who wants to see that walking into get dinner for their kids!!??

This was the worst service ever. The worker had an extremely nasty attitude. She was not listening to the order nor what was being said to her, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub, asked for onions, and she said they didn't have any and she didn't have time to cut any. She refused to cut more, after I said I'd wait because one other person was in the line. My friend asked her very nicely to simply give me the remaining onions, and that seemed to be an issue, too. She grabbed them out of the tin aggressively and asked, "IS THAT ALL?". After cashing us out, she simply walked off and then yelled, " Those aren't the right size drinks. Those are large....". I replied, "Well, I usually have the cup handed to me. I guess I'll pay for it then. " She told me it would be $2 extra for them but then walked away to help someone else. I will never stop at this location again. Also, there was another customer who left when she told him there were no onions. I specifically asked for my sub and my friend's sub to be in a separate bag ( as we were going to seperate homes. Mine specifically had NO cheese). She completely mixed them up and I have my friend's sub....that has cheese and is on cheese bread!

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted by the manager or staff and spent 25 minutes waiting for just a few subs. The manager was too busy with price changes, and the employee focused on an online order instead of attending to me. The staff really needs to prioritize customer service over side tasks.

I came into the store the other day around lunch time while it was very busy and a girl named Mia was making my sandwich she was very unprofessional and sloppy and had a rude tone with me. I do not know who hired this woman but I don’t think it was a very good idea. Do better. I am not coming back
