As a customer, I’m not used to hearing General mgr. start complaining, and being angry at other customers that have left a mess on a table, Been in a restaurant business that’s kinda expected customers come and go and some make a mess to start complaining and bitching about it in front of others. It’s just not professional.

What is this? For how much the sandwiches are you would think they would actually get it right you run out of toppings at 7 o’clock at night. That is absolutely insane. Nobody ever wants to work there. And they don’t even let you know that They are out they just throw it in a bag and give it to you like everything is perfect. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll drive the extra couple miles to go to an actual decent location.

Usually very quick service. But days like today. When my online order is suppose to be done at 1pm and I sit and wait for more than 45min as I watch people walk in off the street and they get their order made before the other 5 online orders is frustrating. After the first 20 minutes, they finally concentrated on the online orders. I feel like if it wasn't going to be ready on time a message could be sent out so I don't spend my whole lunch waiting for food I wont have time to eat.

I will never eat at that place again they overcharge me for breakfast sandwich and charge me for a regular sandwich when asking for a refund they quickly claim that what you see online prices different but if a steak n cheese footlong cost online $10.79 and it the same as the store please explain to me that a breakfast steak n eggs cheese footlong that cost online $8.09 and in the store the same price? I'm not stupid but if you wanna play that game I got ya look at the picture I spoke to Erick and all he only gonna do is refund me just $4.00 bullshit refund me the whole cost that ya running a SCAM

They act like they don’t know what they be doing move like robots I don’t know what the managers be saying to them but they are kindve slow I would never go back after today they can’t even make a sub right

honestly recommend going in the mornings. the staff is very nice. today i went 20 minutes ago or so and the lady was kind of rude i told her my online order and she just pointed at the order that was in the little counter, the sub wasn’t toasted which on the receipt says it’s toasted.

Riley was absolutely awesome! I ordered in the app and came and the order wasn't ready, no big deal. I sat and waited while he filled it, and had a great conversation with him while he worked on the order. The lobby was clean, the staff are nice, and the sandwiches were spot on. If you ever have the chance to have him working on your sandwich, expect a great interaction and meal.

This place closes at 11pm and went at 10:30pm they already had the doors locked. both employees were sitting at the table on their phones ignoring us at the door. L service stealing company time. Open sign was still on with a paper on the door saying they close at 11

Will never go back to this subway again, not once but twice I’ve been left waiting for almost 15 mins each time, while my food sat on the shelf going cold, because they couldn’t read the name on the order.

This was an order made ahead of time and paid for on the app and when I walked in the door, the server asked what the order name was. I told him and he said he was working on it right now. Almost 15 minutes later and he asks what the name in my order was, then I told him again, as not one but 2 of the guys serving read over the already complete pickup orders and could not pick out my name, but also never asked me to repeat or spell my name??

Eventually had to pull out the app only phone to prove they had my order and then magically it was sitting behind them the entire time.

Glad there’s other subways close by

We placed an order online and when we went to pickup we told the employee upfront the name and he said it wasn't ready just to 5 minutes later hand us a bag that had been sitting on the pickup rack the whole time. When we get home we find that neither sub was even toasted which we both asked for. So what now I have to wait for my finished food and I cant even get it made right? Ok subway. Just because its an online order doesn't mean you can make it wrong. Smh do better
