Not very good. Had to wait for one sandwich due to not having enough meatballs but the steak and cheese not toasted should have had the meat heated up no ice cold.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. While the restaurant itself was clean, the customer service was beyond unacceptable. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in actually doing their jobs.
We sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before I finally had to knock on the window just to get someone’s attention. When an employee finally came, instead of offering any kind of apology, they had the audacity to accuse me of being rude for simply trying to get service.
Despite placing a simple order—only because my children needed to eat before taking their medication—they outright refused to make our food with no valid reason. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic work ethic and respect for customers. I will never return to this location, and I strongly suggest others avoid it as well.

The gentleman who worked this evening had 0 customer service skills, and a seemingly bad attitude over having to make a 3.5 sub order despite the empty lobby. I brought a bag of chips from my job and he tried to charge me, I understand the misunderstanding but it felt weird and accusatory that he didn’t just ask. The other young man was polite and kept the lobby clean.

I live nearby so I frequently stop in.. lately It has been nothing but terrible customer service such a negative atmosphere and the same worker behind the counter. I believe she’s mixed and wears glasses with a hat black ponytail . She is so rude and never has a smile on her face. She will literally rush and slap around your sandwich together. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with her And by far she’s just so disgraceful and clearly doesn’t care about her job at all as she’s rude to customers as well, constantly rolling her eyes & just flat out being impatient and rude for no reason your job is to clearly make sandwiches and you’re getting annoyed at customers for the smallest issues

Drive thru experience. My order is never correct. Also, don't pay for double anything because you will never get it. The workers are always friendly, but if you don't tip, your orders seem to come out worse.

I input my own order on the drive thru kiosk and they somehow messed it completely up. There was no veggies, it was DROWNING in mayo (which I'm allergic to...) and there was a singular pickle. The only way to get the sandwhich so wrong would be to try.

Had daughter pick up some subs about 30 minutes ago. Two of the All American subs we ordered 50% more meat. She gets home with them and they have 50% of the original meat on them but we were charged for the 50% extra. Of course the store will not do anything to fix it.

This branch is guaranteed to screw up your order. I have been here three times and the third time will be the last time. I just ordered subs online and once again they are incorrect. They did not include mayonnaise, or oil and vinegar on my sub, I did order it, I’m looking at the receipt as I write this. They did not put these items on my sub which completely ruined the sub. $35 down the drain. At least my kids enjoyed theirs. Last time. Never again will I go to this subway .
