Don't order extra anything, paid for extra beef on a crunch wrap and this is what I got same with the taco supreme. Not the first time either, I get its fast food but you should get what you pay for, not going back to this location again.

Was stoked when you all built this. It has sucked the whole time. Figure I would learn but I get lazy and don’t go to Casselberry. The night crew is not pleasant at all. They all look miserable and express it towards your customers. When I work all day and just want some proportioned and correct quick cheap food I gotta catch the nasty vibe and get home just to be dissatisfied. It wouldn’t be so bad if the attitude or the food is correct. I’d get it if I was a jerk too but I’m incredibly polite all the time to service people. Seriously the world sucks right now can’t we at least get decent fast food?

August 22, 2025 9 pm the store closed, how badly a worker who was in the TRU driver treated me, more than 50 minutes waiting for a meal, they made me go around 4 times until they delivered the food, terrible service

I work in the food industry and went in 2 hours before close and was told I could only order tacos or burritos specially “nothing grilled” I understand working late sucks but closing off the grills early for your benefit is besides me. If your going to be open late your menu should be available 2 hours before close.

Pretty much only go to this Taco Bell because it's close to my house but I'll have to go out of my way from now. Frequently can't follow simple instructions, i.e, cooking a crunchwrap a little longer, or no ice in a drink. Recently went at night and they could only make tacos and burritos, keep in mind they were still open for an additional 2 and a half hours. I can't vouch for the day crew but if they're even half as incompetent as the night crew I wouldn't even bother.

I'm not a frequent diner at Taco Bell. However, I was 100% impressed with the service. They helped guide me through the menu to get specifically. What I wanted and at the best phrase so I do appreciate everyone who works there the food was exactly as I wanted it to be so please continue to be awesome. And I look forward to it being back
