In the over 20 years we have been coming here it's always been great! The food and service are both amazing. We made reservations for 4 on Veterans Day to celebrate our veteran and also his wife's birthday. Dinner was excellent and so was our server. We ordered 2 of the 4 course meals and added a few extras. They brought our girl some strawberries and my son got a strawberry and a patch. It's always nice that he is recognized for his service. We also donated to St. Jude and won some gift cards on the wheel. It's a little fun for us and a great way to help the hospital. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we will continue to come here for another 20 more.

Almost didn't but realized I would be missing something if I didn't and boy was I right. Every single course of the fourth course dinner was perfection. Highly recommend. Was a great romantic evening with my wife on Halloween. Did the 50 year $50 per person special with adder up charge to Fusion. It was wonderful but too much food for one sitting which includes the salad/appetizer and the dessert along with all the proteins! Great attentive service but will come back with gift cards purchased or donated to St. Jude's hospital and just do drinks with appetizer at the bar. Been a while since we had experienced fondue and it was very nice.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at The Melting Pot in Longwood, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere made the evening feel special. Service was a little slower than usual, but our server was clearly managing several tables and still provided great attention and care throughout the meal. We also loved the cute Squishmallows they have for sale. It added a fun, unexpected touch to the night. A great place for special occasions and a relaxing, memorable dinner.

The poor service ruined our experience. Our server wasn't friendly, didn't explain anything and left our drinks empty. We love Melting Pot, but will not return to this establishment.
Went for Magical Dining and was so glad we did. Server was so sweet and on top of everything. Got a booth in the corner and was not very noisy...great for conversation. Overall, great experience and would go again!

The wait time when we arrived at the restaurant was non existent, service was wonderful and the food was superb. My husband had not been to the melting pot before and he loved every moment of our experience at the melting pot. We will definitely return!!

We had the 50th Anniversary dinner! It was excellent. Our waiter was very polite and didn't overly check on us, but just the right amount of time.

Love that atmosphere definitely a fun interactive date with your girls or your special loved one. -1 point for service as it took really long for every aspect to come out we legit waited about 30 minutes for our fondue cheese which is technically the appetizer.
