They keep their facility so clean. The owners are so friendly and they remembered my name after visiting them once! The pastries they offer are so soft and flavorful. I have tried a couple items off their menus and visited a few times now and it’s consistently good.

Have the grams of protein, cals, fat, carbs, etc. per drink listed on your menu/online Have which types of protein powders you offer and grams per serving Types of milk you offer, etc

Swung in here after leaving the gym and I'm hooked! Their pistachio protein shake was fantastic, not too sweet and 24g of protein, perfect for post workout. The owners were super friendly, can't wait to go back again and try some of their bowls!

After telling the owners it was my first time they gave me 4 coupons and were just giving the best customer service! I will definitely be coming back and I recommend giving this place a visit

Had a great time. Ordered a blackberry blast and my father ordered a chunky monkey smoothie. The owners were very friendly and the tea tasted great! My father had no complaints on the smoothie and even said it was the perfect meal replacement. I will be back.
