Specifically the Tijuana flats by Wekiva Springs: Called in an order, was told 10-15min on the phone (this was at 8pm on a Sunday). Arrived 8 min after I called. Food was ready 31min after I arrived (39min total). There were 3x other 2 tops dinning in. First time I've been to this location, but every other location has estimated the wait time within 10min, so this was frustrating. Might give this location one more shot b/c love Tijuana Flats.UPDATE: got home and one of my double stack tacos is missing the hard shell, so...add poor attention to detail to slow service now. Steer clear of this location.

This Longwood location has been getting my business for a very long time. However, they seem to be understaffed. Also, the burritos are just all rice and beans. The other ingredients listed just don’t seem to show up in the food.

I normally dine in and always have a good experience, but I decided to have it Postmated tonight. Not sure what happened, but every time I tracked my order there was a new driver. By the time I saw a third driver on their way to pick up my food I decided to call the restaurant. I spoke to Sam, the manager. He said they prepared the order and it was gone, so he wasn't sure what happened, but he would get it done again quickly for the next driver. It's raining and I'm starving, so I am beyond grateful for how quickly the problem was fixed. Love this location so much ❤️

Ordered from Yelp site for pick up. Chicken Burrito and two hard tacos. Burrito was fine, hard taco shells were so soft-like they were wet. Couldn't even eat the shells-ended up putting toppings over nachos in attempt to save meal. Would not advise getting hard shell tacos to go-I live 5 minutes away so it wasn't like there was a lot of time between location and home.

They now have a drive up system. So lazy people in their car don’t have to get out to get their order. Problem is, it’s right in front of the building so if you are eating outside you just have to breathe in exhaust the whole time.

I ordered my food at 11:47am and it said the ETA 20 minutes. It is 12:12pm right now and I still do not have my food. The TV said my food was ready even though it was not. When I asked about the status of my food a lady rudely told me that they mark it as ready when it is being wrapped up. The food is good but I did not enjoy the service today.

A nice and somewhat unique place for Taco Tuesday. Dos tacos special for the day. And the sauces are amazing. Service is good, but it is a self serve type establishment.
