Great spot!! Food truck is incredible!! Worth the money. Friendly atmosphere.
Great outdoors to enjoy. Atural springs.
Always a great place to go friendly staff great environment never a bad choice for an evening
Always a good time at Wekiva Island
This is my favorite place for kayaking when I visit Orlando. Great service and beautiful scenery. Cheaper after 12 noon. Ample parking.
The overall vibe is great. rent a kayak to see lots of wildlife along the river. During our paddle adventure we saw six gators, some otters and three white tailed deer.
Easy to rent from. Paddled up river and enjoyed the flow of the river back. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good selection of food and beverages. So glad we stumbled upon this place!
Great kayaking spot. Not difficult. Can make it as short or as long as you want. We got there on a cool day so managed a quick hour and a half and didn't even break a sweat!
Even managed to see a manatee up by the spring which was nice. Will certainly be back here again.
Great spot for dates or family and friends time!
So relaxing and beautiful nature. Great food at food truck
The waters have so many alligators it's not fun at all.

For the past 1.5 years, this has been my spot. This place is special to me because it helped me though a very difficult time in my life and was healing for me.
Here are some reasons I almost don't want to share this gem with you:
- staff is amazing and the girls are gorgeous (very low if any turnover)
-serene location
-delicious beers and wines on tap
-excellent bar food
-no distance between parking and launch if you arrive early enough
-plenty of parking and room to unload
-less crowded place to paddle than kings landing
-easy/convenient launch point
-good country music, live sometimes
If you want a more challenging paddle, paddle upstream rock springs run 10 miles to Emerald cut and then float back down.
The run is clear of debris after the storms.
Love launching my vessel from here. They'll pack you up some beers to take with you on the water. Lots of wildlife, especially if you go up the run early in the morning. Good service. This is my little piece of paradise. Well worth the cost compared to the treacherous launch from the state park. If you're a state park passholder, just paddle a mile up river to Wekiva Springs and you can get out and enjoy the park. This place is a true gem and I'm so grateful for it.
Definitely not a place for a company Christmas party. I don't know who catered the food but, it sucked. It's definitely place for friends to gather, and have a good time but, not for a huge company to gather.
Great place for cold beer and meat new friends and see all artwork
Loved the Christmas extravaganza!
Enjoyed a group picnic during this visit. The park and spring weren't too busy and the day was quite lovely!
Enjoyed walking on the trail, looking up at the big tall trees and seeing the spring bubbling up.
Enjoyed being a part of Nature.
