This wendy sucks i was just there on Christmas eve at 5.40 pm 12 24 25 ur employees are rude couldn't make ice cream charged me for it n couldn't make it gave me a small drink to replace it thats not right they should of gave me my money back my burger I wanted pickles n they put onions on it n ur tea is always bad teast like its old get better employees ones that want to work all the ones tonight should be fired if I go n again n shes there im calling the better business chain and y don't ur employees wear name tags now

Day crew is great. Night is atrocious. Ben going there over a year & at night (7-9) every time is about 30 min wait, even if ordered online & every time order is screwed up. They usually get it right on the 3rd try (easy order, biggie bag) & app doesn't have or is hard to find to leave a complaint or request refund for food screwed up

I went through the drive through and made two separate orders. Everything was put in one bag and I was given no straws for my drinks. I had to ask for soda carrier. When I addressed this to the cashier in the window, he told me to have a good day.

Just went in to explain to a lady manager, name not given about how we were charged 2 Sunday's ago for a spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn't in our order. I had shredded my receipt, so I had no proof, my bad I suppose, and after taking time from my lunch today, stopping in person to explain the situation, thr least they could do was comp the sandwich for customer service, but no she was not willing to help, I explained to her, this mistake you guys provided, wouldn't make it right, was a big waste of my time!

Stopped by here with my three co-workers. We were on the clock and had to hurry up. Went through the drive-thru and told them we had three separate orders and we were told that they can only do two orders through drive-thru and we'd have to drive around. Even though we were in a time crunch we did it. Then the guy hands us our food through the door and says here's order number one. So I gave that to my friend cuz she ordered first then here's number two and that was supposed to be mine which it was switched around. He gave us the wrong orders and they didn't even have salt packets. I don't know. I've had way better experience at Wendy's in other locations

Came here after a terrible experience with the Dunkin next door, the staff here was very present. Had everything we asked for and were super kind to us and very fast. Thank you Wendy’s!

Went in for breakfast and they all looked at me and just kept working never asking to take my order. There was literally no cashier for the lobby
Only Wendy’s that closes 30 min before they actually close. Separate time; went only for a frosty and there was only one person there, of course they said they were out. Worst experience both times. Wasn’t going to make a review but given the back to back worst experience had to let others know.

Tell ya what go find me another combo meal for under 10 bucks better than this place 5,6, and 7 dollar biggie bag combos and ill eat there from now on. Great fresh beef in their burgers and better than average fries too, plus check out the new frosty they are actually pretty amazing. Good job on the addition to the menu guys keep those frosty machines working though, ok?
