Please train staff to listen when you want just the burger. Tried to get a la carte single burger and Oreo frosty. Then use the app to get the free fries. I told the staff member that I was using the app for the free fries. Couldn’t get it to take off the fries. (Maybe because you gave me a combo and not just the burger.)

I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this Wendy’s location, and today was no exception. I waited over 20 minutes just to receive a six-piece chicken nugget order. After the long wait, I was informed they only had four regular nuggets and offered to substitute the remaining two with spicy ones. I politely declined and asked for just the four regular nuggets, as I needed to return to work. Despite that, my order was still mixed with spicy nuggets. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m very disappointed with the repeated lack of efficiency and respect for customer preferences at this location.

The wendy's in longwood is the best one i've ever gone to I have yet to come to this place and have a crappy experience. And today was so much better.Oh my God, that same, which was so good and dipping those fries.And that little frosty was the most fantastic thing ever.I haven't done it in years LO.L thank you for the awesome thing

This wendys has roaches. While getting my drink the manager sprays Raid thru the entire restaurant causing me to sneeze and cough. Please avoid this wendys

They did not have the ability to make a Frosty. The fries were cold and the burger was burned! Would not recommend anyone eat at this Wendy's ever!
So we literally just got home, I should have had a Dave's Classic Triple meal and a Dave's double (just the sandwich, with no onions).. I repeated it to the person taking the order (3) times... he read it back to me twice.. yet somehow, here I am staring at a double with no onions and a single with onions.. Why is it every time we attempt to give this location another try, we end up with a messed up order?!
