This Wendy’s doesn’t even deserve a 1 star , horrible nasty customer service even management team around the time 2:30 ish . WOULD never get food from this Wendy’s again . Food wasn’t even fresh nuggets were just all thrown in my bag they didn’t care , rushing to take my order just gave off very disrespectful don’t recommend at all !!

I've never been here before g is day and I will never go again. The place was completely empty with what seemed like 18 employees working and their friends hanging out. The food was terrible. The loaded fries were congealed nacho cheese with a full strip of cold bacon thrown on top ( see pics) terrible

Longwood would be so much better off with this chain closed down and something else put in its place. With so few options in the area, it’s a real letdown how very little this chain cares about their customers and customer service. Every time I attempt to give this chain another chance, I regret it. Many times I have been left to sit at the drive thru box with not so much as a greeting for SEVERAL minutes with no other customers in the store or drive thru line, only to drive away and see the workers standing / messing around. Again, as a full-time working mom with three kids, now and then fast food is a last resort for dinner when on the go and with so little options, we have given them chance after chance. Tonight we drove away to go right across the street to McDonald’s, which we have had to do many times in the past. In future we will go straight to McDonald’s and will never again give Wendy’s another thought, let alone chance. Such a shame. CLOSE DOWN THIS WENDYS AND OPEN UP SOMETHING ELSE.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Wendy's in Longwood on 434. What was supposed to be a quick meal turned into a test of patience and a demonstration of poor customer service.Upon my arrival at the drive-thru window, I was met with complete indifference. Despite the fact that I was clearly visible to the employees inside, and waiting to be served, the staff chose to ignore me for a staggering 10 minutes. This blatant disregard for a customer's time was not only unprofessional, but also completely unacceptable.In an era where customer service is key to any successful business, this Wendy's branch seems to be lagging far behind. The staff exhibited a lack of respect and disregard for a patron waiting to be served, effectively tarnishing the reputation of the establishment.It's safe to say that my visit to Wendy's in Longwood on 434 left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't because of the food. Side note, this happened to my family once before but chose to give this location another chance since it’s close to home. The neglect I experienced was enough to dissuade me from returning again. I would recommend potential customers to consider other dining options where their time and patronage will be valued.

EDITEDAs of recent the burger meat doesn’t have that fish taste anymore. I am enjoying the Dave single and doubles. Right now they seem to be getting people in to try them with a coupon in their mobile app.The new store manager has been great on two occasions where I had to make a complaint from a prior visit. As for the other employees some are nice and some not so much. But the food has gotten better for what I expect from Wendy’s.Initial reviewBurger meat had a fishy taste, over and over, especially the DBL stacks. Rest of food is decent. Fries not that good. Good variety on menu.

The manager during the night shift was very rude. She spoke to my family very unprofessionally. Also, we asked for a water at the window because we forgot to mention it at the drive-through speaker, and the manager replied very rudely, and the water was brown.

I Will never come to this location again. Lady at the drive through was loud,mean, rude, she's pushy and acts like she has no time for you. She rushed me to take my order. If I thought about it for a second she said let me know when you're ready. 3 times I've been there, the same lady the same attitude. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. 10 negative starts

The manager there needs to learn how to speak to people all she did was yell the whole time me and my husband was there. That's NOT ok I run and a restaurant for the last 8 years

The young teenage girl at the window had an attitude like I shouldn't be bothering her..I ordered the $7 Double Stack asked for it to be made like a junior bacon I ended up with a junior bacon paid for us $7 biggie bag the Nuggets were cold so were the fries I had to reheat my sandwich every time I go there it's a bad experience they need to do a better job hiring employees because every girl that works that window has a stupid attitude I'm the type that I match energy they're lucky I didn't throw my bag back at the young lady looking at me like she smelled something funny but that's what happens when you work at Wendy's or McDonald's low quality people hello party service hello quality food half the employees there either drop out of school or smoke weed cuz something ain't right every time I go there there's an issue but I live right down the street and by the time I get off work it's pretty much the only place open the only thing I really like about that place is one of the managers my homegirl most she is and was the best manager I've ever had working for it Wendy's other than that and because I am an adult now and I've grown up a lot taking anger management classes I haven't snapped out when I wanted to I can't say I'll never go there again like I said I live up the street but some of you employees need to tighten up put a smile on your face even though you hate the fact that you work there or you hate the fact that you're on the shift at that particular hour or time but if you don't want to die then just quit cuz you ruining the experience for everybody else which means lower business less money for the owners and eventually the place will be shut down..

Cold friends, manager screaming at everyone, overcooked burger tonight. 2 weeks ago, I attempted to go here and they said they didn’t have fries made. I asked for a baked potato and they said I’d be an hour. This place is extremely poorly managed.
